    Fridge did not cool. (open box "same day return" according to the store). Since I was still in the return period the warranty was not valid. So I had to go in store. Pick out a different fridge, all my food went bad. Worst experience I have ever had with BB. Many phone calls, and multiple trips to store to get resolved. I also had damage to my wall and my step railing was left on the floor by the installation people.

    The product is great and has a lot of features to select. But, the installer did not properly install the product as he did not connect the pipe for ice maker from under the sink.

    I love my fridge/freezer. This purchase was to replace my last LG fridge. Best Buy has zero knowledge in installing these units. 3 techs later, my doors don’t easily close, the doors aren’t level anymore. I wish I would’ve shopped Lowe’s
