LG Side-by-Side with Craft Ice

Nothing fancy and no bells and whistles or than fancy ice choices but that is what my wife and I were looking for in our purchase. We had a high end Samsung that only lasted 9 years and we had issues with it from day one. Hopefully the LG refrigerator will provide us with years of enjoyment without constant service calls. Disclaimer: only concerns so far is a funky taste from the water and the doors go out of square and need adjusting. Minor issues compared to our Samsung! If you like craft ice this is the refrigerator. Our granddaughter and daughter are ice snobs and they love the options. I'm a bourbon guy so the craft ice maker appeals to me but dependability outweighs the ice in my opinion. To new to know that answer.

French Door Fridge FOREVER!

I need a Counter Depth Refrigerator to due kitchen layout and this refrigerator delivers with a tremendous amount of space, easy pull out drawers, three different types of ice, and the ability to customize the freezer drawers to my needs. I can finally fit 9x13 pans and platters easily on shelves without creating a "jenga" maze. The french door design is perfect - I will never go back to a side-by-side refrigerator again. Took me months to decide on a fridge and I am so glad I found this one!

Great fridge....but delivery not so good

The temperature seems consistent throughout and nothing freezes int the back of the refrigerator. The only issue we had was delivery. It took them three times of coming out in order to deliver and take the built-in away, despite having them come out to evaluate our house and refrigerator ahead of time.
I would recommend this to a friend Poor installation after 3 techs. One was supposed.

Best Buy has zero knowledge in installing these units. 3 techs later, my doors don’t easily close, the doors aren’t level anymore. I wish I would’ve shopped Lowe’s
