Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not reliable. The Craft Ice Maker in the bottom freezer that creates the Large Craft Ice is so salty for some reason but all the other ice and water is great, only the Craft large ice is horrible and can’t be used. we flushed the system numerous times and nothing worked. Lg said that it was nothing they heard about before and wouldn’t even send a service rep to check it out. Lg kept telling us that it was our water line. If it was the water line then the rest of the ice would be bad as well as the water and that isn’t the case. Also the ring of light on the water dispenser also doesn’t always go out and we have to hit the ice button or water button on the door again and then it goes out. No resolve on the salty craft ice. They had absolutely no resolution for us and the refrigerator is only a couple months old. I do not recommend this refrigerator. It was only one of two that Best buy had that would fit in our opening for the refrigerator.
