    Fridge did not cool. (open box "same day return" according to the store). Since I was still in the return period the warranty was not valid. So I had to go in store. Pick out a different fridge, all my food went bad. Worst experience I have ever had with BB. Many phone calls, and multiple trips to store to get resolved. I also had damage to my wall and my step railing was left on the floor by the installation people.

    BestBuy Protection Service is Garbage!!

    Owned just over a year...front water and craft ice broke. Best Buy Service Protection and coverage is absolute Crap !! I've scheduled multiple time for repairs and BestBuy cancel repair without notice. Canceled because they want to charge me a diagnostic fee of $130 before any work is scheduled.

    Received it May 21st and after 3 days it still was not cool. LG was horrible to deal with, however Best Buy was great. They will be here May 29th to remove the lemon and deliver a new one. Thanks Best Buy for your assistance. I would stay away from LG.

    The fridge is excellent. Best Buy, however, promised it in a few days and after numerous reschedules (I had to call and follow up no fewer than seven times) it took over a month to get installed. But this fridge from someone else. Once they came, the installers were professional.

    Cancelled order to small other LG unit out of stock with no ideal as to when would have more if any! Salesperson didn’t offer floor model or they weren’t sure about future replacements. To busy I guess went to NFM same day and got unit and better price.

    Don't waste your time buying from Best Buy

    We recently tried to purchase a fridge from Best Buy. Their deliver team is completely incompetent. We provided specific instructions regarding our delivery and paid the fee for installation. The delivery tech flat out refused to perform his job and wouldn't even leave the fridge in the garage for us.

    The fridge came damaged. Geek squad talked me into just replacing the doors, and now i cant get ahold of anyone in the United States or anyone helpful at all. Cant contact my local geek squad, so ill have to get in the car and drive there to talk with someone. Just awful service. Do not buy it from Best Buy! The fridge overall is nice. The door is really heavy due to the ice maker being in it, but it does free up lots of the fridge.

    Think twice. Check price drops!

    The price of this refrigerator dropped $360.00 ($200.00 less plus a $160.00 BB gift card) four weeks after it was delivered. It took three different appointments before the fridge was successfully delivered. I called customer service for the match-price guarantee, but the guarantee is only good for two weeks. The Best Buy representative's response was, "Sorry." I will look at more options when making a $3K purchase for a appliance in the future.

    Fridge leaks from ice maker. LG is impossible to get warranty service from. They close your ticket by sending troubleshooting guide. Won’t answer phone calls. Terrible! Avoid at all costs!

    Incredibly disappointed. Freezer door will not open and continues to freeze up on door hinges. Unit was installed 5 weeks ago. Unit highly recommended by Sales Associate.

    Crew would not even take the refrigerator out of the box. They refused to deliver it. I had to reschedule with a different crew. Best Buy should do their own deliveries!!

    Horrible

    Not reliable. The Craft Ice Maker in the bottom freezer that creates the Large Craft Ice is so salty for some reason but all the other ice and water is great, only the Craft large ice is horrible and can’t be used. we flushed the system numerous times and nothing worked. Lg said that it was nothing they heard about before and wouldn’t even send a service rep to check it out. Lg kept telling us that it was our water line. If it was the water line then the rest of the ice would be bad as well as the water and that isn’t the case. Also the ring of light on the water dispenser also doesn’t always go out and we have to hit the ice button or water button on the door again and then it goes out. No resolve on the salty craft ice. They had absolutely no resolution for us and the refrigerator is only a couple months old. I do not recommend this refrigerator. It was only one of two that Best buy had that would fit in our opening for the refrigerator.
