    Broken Ice bin.

    Delivery was great not until they broke 1 of the Ice Bin. Requested for replacement since Nov.2023 of delivery until now April.2024 I have not received any replacement of that broken Ice Bin. It got broken because the delivery man was so in a rush removing the protective tape as he remove the one thats attached to the bin it also ripped off the Lid of that ice Bin.

    Leaking the first day. Here we go again!

    This is leaking on the first day. It seems to have a leak behind the water dispenser head, not the water hose itself!

    Was great for about 6 weeks

    We purchased this refrigerator In January 2025 it was delivered to our house on on 1/22/25. On 3/4/25 we came home from work and the refrigerator was not working. All the ice in the door had melted and was in a puddle on the floor, the refrigerator was 50 degrees and in the freezer the bins of ice were half melted and everything was half thawed. I did not receive any notifications from this ‘smart’ refrigerator that it wasn’t cool or staying cool. When I ran the diagnostic too from the app, it said there were no issues. I opened a ticket with LG and they had me press some buttons and get a code that also said nothing waa wrong with the refrigerator. They were going to find someone to come out and fix it. I decided to call best buy to see what they could do. They were going to exchange it and charge me for a $150 gift card (that hadn’t been used) that I received as part of a purchase promotion and they weren’t going to get me a new fridge until 3/13, so i asked for just a return. I am still being charged $150 for the gift card but i was able to get a new refrigerator for cheaper elsewhere delivered in two days. I’ve bought two appliances from best buy both have been a nightmare experience, unlikely to buy any more appliances from them in the future.

    Worse Customer Service Ever

    So far we have had to fully replace the first one purchased and already turned in a service request on the replacement. Delivery was less than appropriate and instruction on features and usage non-existent.

    Bad delivery

    Overall the fridge is great but this review is based on how they delivered it damaged! It has a nice big scratch on the front of the fridge and I can’t get it out. And I keep calling but don’t get an answer to on how they can replace it for me. It’s upsetting after paying a good amount for the fridge

    Pick A Different Model

    If I had to do it over again, I'd buy a different model. Not having handles on it means that there are MANY more finger prints on the stainless steel that doesn't hide he dirt very well. Also, who needs four different kinds of ice?
