Leaving Back of palm or hand prints. annoying. Clean door then smudges all the time. Hard to open and close with out leaving marks. Also— water maker and ice maker making more noise then current engineering should allow for. Odd. If you sleep nearby rethink. If you are far away then no issue.

However, this fridge already has two visible dents, as well as deep scratches in the flimsy stainless steel finish. In addition to that, it picks up fingerprints like crazy. I cannot for the life of me understand how a fridge this pricey could be so fragile.

Features Can’t Fix the Fit

Nice ThinQ app features, but the “four kinds of ice” eats up nearly half the top freezer shelf. Packed with options, but poor fit made this a return.

Good fridge but poor functionality

We are a family of 5 and I’m realizing some of its features I don’t care for. There’s really only one spot within the fridge that I can put milk. We buy a few gallons at a time and it’s very difficult to get all in the fridge. Basically, the shelving situation is annoying to me and I wish I had thought that through more. But other than that, it’s pretty good!

Not the best experience product and sales

It's very hard to get ahold of very difficult to get any support transferred multiple times the product is not working as expected. We were told one thing by the salesperson, which is not true, not been a great experience

Inconvenient and overpriced.

It is working fine and keeps groceries cool. We are finding that the lack of handles is not convenient for us. When opening and closing, the doors often get away from us and opens up more than we would like or slams back into the fridge. The three ice makers are overkill. Its an average refrigerator and given the opportunity I probably would not buy it again.
