Perfect fit for my counter depth kitchen space. I appreciate the zero clearance door hinges and the 4 types of ice maker. My only critique is - I wish the middle inside drawer could fit ‘upright’ standing 12oz cans.

The Four Kinds of Ice maker is a good feature for this model. I also bought this because of the Counter-Depth. I would give 5 Stars if it wasn't for the DING on the left back side of the refrigerator.

Spacious, sleek, abundant in ice, great fridge, counter depth a plus!

I did a lot of research before purchasing a new refrigerator. This one had everything I was looking for in a fridge and the price was worth it. I love all the ice shapes options. The freezer space is perfect for my products. I love the refrigerator filter inside, too. It works well, and I noticed my produce lasting longer. The shelves and space is great and easily removable and cleanable.

I like the craft ice. The refridgerator has nice design. I have only had it for a short time. I do not like that you have to open the right door each time to open the left door. No one tells you that.

Love the 4 kinds of ice although this diminishes the freezer storage (we have a separate chest freezer). Also shelves are adjustable but you would have to remove one to fit larger items (2 liter bottle). Right door is the only place to house larger items.

The guys were very professional. Waited patiently while we inspected the fridge and Made sure we were satisfied with the set up. They explained some of the features and functions. They even adjusted the doors so that they were perfectly aligned. This is the kind of service I appreciate.

Like the way it fits the area and very quiet. We had a larger refrigerator before this one. We have to get use to less inside space. Overall nice refrigerator.

Minor issue with the doors not being level when closed. Went to the store and even the floor models were that way. Other brands were the same also

Ice balls were the main selling point and they are average at best, probably not worth the extra cost of the upgrade. Otherwise the fridge operates as it should a year and a half later.

I am using this LG counter-depth refrigerator since 4 months. We wanted a refrigerator which is flush to our countertop and not extending too much when closed and open. This fridge is not flush with the countertop and it cannot be due to the thickness of the door. In order to swing the door open, we had to pull the refrigerator few inches out. Now it is not flush with cabinets which defeats the purpose of true counter-depth. It is not visually looking bad and not a huge deal-breaker IMO. This counter-depth refrigerator has a major compromise that is storage capacity. The storage capacity is more than enough for our family needs. We never filled it up to its full capacity. This is not for families who like to stock up stuff for a week or large family or parties. It has some creative space usage which means door shelves are lean and item placement has to be well thought to maximize the capacity. Large bottles can fit in only one door shelf, which is another downside. Freezer capacity is mostly unused because we like to eat fresh and less frozen foods. It would be best if there is an option to convert freezer. There is a cool light effect under the door when there is a motion detected, particularly useful during night. We found it to be a light trick than a practical help. Lack of door handles can be a problem occasionally but we wanted to have minimal look and hence the compromise. Overall this refrigerator is doing a good job and serving our needs as expected. If space is your constraint then this refrigerator will be a good choice, otherwise look for regular depth refrigerator due to its capacity restrictions.

I really like the sleek design and the adjustable shelving inside the unit—it makes organizing so much easier. The large drawer is perfect for lunch meats, cheeses, and other quick-grab items. The two additional drawers are great for fruits and vegetables, keeping them visible and accessible instead of buried at the bottom. The ice maker works well, though it doesn’t seem to completely fill up. The freezer is thoughtfully designed with three drawer levels, which makes it easy to keep everything organized and within reach.

Perfect size. It holds alot of food! There don’t seem to be any “freeze” spots the accidentally freeze your eggs etc. The drawers are nice and deep, allowing the whole head of cauliflower to fit. Husband LOVES all the choices foot ice shapes. The stainless seems to repel hand prints, staying cleaner longer. Bot of a struggle to get used to no handles.

Looks great and performs well. Love the craft ice feature. There are no handles which looks great. However, the only indentations for your hands to pull open the door are on the top ledge of the door. I'm wishing there was also one on the front either by the water dispenser or on the inside door seem.

I am really enjoying the fridge we purchased. It is big and can hold everything we need, I love the additional trays in the freezer. My husband enjoys the specialty ice, he uses it for everything and we just learned how to have the fridge make additional ice for parties. Things I do not love: One of the doors does not stay open, so when I am trying to put something larger in i need some help and there is no ice scoop included for the ice in the freezer.

one of the nicest refrigerators i have ever had. I love the 4 types of ice...makes it easy for parties and evening cocktails. if you have a larger family, this may be a bit small to fit all of your food needs. its perfect for a family of 4. The motion activated LED light is also a nice feature along with the sleek look, as there are no protruding handles.

Nice refrigerator. Large for counter depth. Love the craft ice. Unfortunately the top of the pantry drawer is scratched and still waiting to hear from Best Buy to replace it

Makes a variety of types of ice which is really cool. There is a lot of room and space inside for a counter depth fridge. Keeps everything nice and cool. The shelves are sturdy and do not feel cheap or flimsy. Only issue so far…the ice maker is pretty noisy. But if that is the biggest problem with this fridge, then we’ll survive.

Great counter depth refrigerator, looks super nice. What is really good is that you still have a lot of space inside. The interior design: the water/ice distributor mechanism and the filter are well designed to take a minimum of space. The fancy 4 kind of ice if actually great. Be careful this model does not door handles. That looks nicer but it is less convenient. Although it is sold as a counter depth, it is actually a bit too deep and stand out by a couple of inches.

Fridge is great, very nice looking, pretty craft ice balls and the LED lighting is bright. The only "issue" is the counter depth is still deeper than my counters, so measure your space to make sure this fridge isn't too big.
