We love our new fridge! Had a whirlpool side by side for 21 years that was on the fritz, picked the lg for the 3 ice options. Love using the craft ice in our drinks! The ice balls are not perfectly round and clear, but good enough. The fridge and freezer is very roomy!we like the door in door where we keep our pop and treats for easy access. Like the sensor lights that come on when you get close. Overall thrilled with our purchase! Also the delivery guys were great from Best Buy!

After owning 2 Samsung refrigerators in the past 5 years we bought this LG and it is far superior in design and quality. We love the ice tray that produces beautiful, clear. large round cocktail ice cubes (not really cubes but spheres) and also beautiful small cubes. The cheese and lunch meat/anything tray is so convenient as is the freezer bin. They slide out with the contents fully visible and easy to access and seems to have more room and better shelf configuration. It's definitely the best one we have owned for the 52 of our marriage.

Love this fridge! We’ve had for 6 months with zero issues. This is our 2nd LG fridge and our first one did not disappoint but stayed with the sell of our previous home. The door in door is great for frequently used items, coffee creamer, milk, hot sauce. The craft ice and mini cube is fabulous and regular cubes from dispenser. Everyone compliments how beautiful it is. Can't say enough good things about this purchase. Way to go LG!

Have only had for a short time but love everything about this refrigerator, makes plenty of ice and a variety, which I really enjoy the bourbon ice balls. My wife loves the easy access view door for her ice coffee and creamer. Also the multi function drawer is very nice, we like to keep our deli meats there and they really last.

Purchase new fridge to replace the one that came with the house. The 2 way mirror is amazing to take a quick peak before you open the door. The option to open the mirror door and grab a quick beverage is amazing keep the door closed and save energy. The 4 different types of Ice Cubes are amazing. Huge baseball sized cubes are great for large drinks cups people use now or if you want to make a drink with different types of ice. Freezer has alot of space double our old fridge multiple sections to customize for your needs. One con is the side door storage where the ice maker and water dispenser is trays are very small mainly for condiments and very small items.

I like the extra horizontal room in this model. The added features are convenient when I can open just the front to get to my condiments. I rount craft ice it makes is an added bonus!

Love it! Great access to what is needed at the right side door and like that with the two knocks I can see what’s inside without opening. The exterior light that illuminates is very helpful at night; night light. Also love the ice options-love the big ice for when we use a beverage pitcher.

Craft ice is a must if you are a bourbon drinker. Love the easy access door for drinks.

This is a GREAT fridge! It is replacing an 11 year of GE Cafe french door model. This one is so precise on the temperature, and SO QUIET! That linear compressor is so impressive! The 4 different kinds of ice is wonderful, and works flawlessly. No, nothing freezes up, and everything is well regulated. I also love the way is lights up and glows as you approach the fridge, especially at night. It even keeps the interior lights dimmer after sunset. It's just awesome, I can't say enough. Big improvement over the GE.

Wonderful refrigerator, spacious, elegant, and convenient. Please read the instructions before operating! With 4 types of ice and a water filter who wouldnt love that! My only complaint is trying to keep the glass door clear of finger prints! Other than that this is a splendid purchase!

Have a 15yo LG refrigerator priot to this one so I know that quality will not be an issue. Fell in love with this one for its looks and functionality. The miror double opening door is convenient and artful at the same time. The craft ice it produces is a conversational piece. ‘Very happy with this purchase!

Black stainless steel model was perfect for me. Futuristic design and 4 ice options

Wife and I only had this for a couple of weeks but we really like it. Replaced our old Samsung due to a malfunction with the ice maker. So far we are getting plenty of ice with this LG product. We find the LG ThinQ app to be useful and beneficial. So far, so good.

I was very excited about this fridge, its nice that it is counter depth and it’s aesthetically pleasing. The mirror is pretty. The door in door is my favorite addition. Also love the mini and craft ice! Fun fact though, the craft ice is a great concept you can choose if you want it to make 3 or 6. I was thinking awesome 3 or 6 at a time? No. Its 3 or 6 a day. That part kind of shocked me. Our list of cons- even after dumping water and ice for weeks the ice tastes like plastic/chemicals when it melts. Were an icewater drinking household and even my children hate the taste. I figured once we got through dumping the full ice bins a few times it might taste better but it does not. Another negative is finger prints. Which is a given with a mirror door so thats just a small thing. I also had a hard time finding a place for condiments as I wanted to put jars of fruit and drinks in the mirror door to be displayed and easily accessed. Since the ice maker is in the door it doesnt make a ton of ice so we do utilize the drawer mini and craft ice a lot but those two seem to taste even worse than the door ice. The last is that the door slams shut and shakes the entire fridge. It isnt very solid so when it slams its loud and shakes everything in the door. We have had it for a month now and are returning this fridge to get a different one as the cons outweigh the pros for us.

Gorgeous when clean but SUPER hard to keep that mirrored glass clean. Any fingerprints look like rust marks. I found windex and a paper towel is best to get it clean. Love the craft ice feature, however.
