Love this fridge! We’ve had for 6 months with zero issues. This is our 2nd LG fridge and our first one did not disappoint but stayed with the sell of our previous home. The door in door is great for frequently used items, coffee creamer, milk, hot sauce. The craft ice and mini cube is fabulous and regular cubes from dispenser. Everyone compliments how beautiful it is. Can't say enough good things about this purchase. Way to go LG!

I am absolutely in love with my new LG Counter-Depth fridge! From the moment it was installed, it has completely transformed my kitchen. The sleek, modern design with the Instaview Knock feature is fantastic—the mirrored look is stunning and adds such a high-end feel. The storage space is incredible! I’ve never had a fridge that feels this roomy while still keeping that streamlined, counter-depth look. It’s not just about looks—this fridge performs amazingly, keeps everything perfectly chilled, and honestly makes cooking and meal prep so much more enjoyable. The refrigerator is great overall. No issues with cooling and the 4 types of ice are great for all occasions. Great space for all of your groceries and the freezer is a good size. Only reason this is a 4 and not a 5 is because of the mirrored door having fingerprints all over it constantly. We love the InstaView and the look of the door, but the hassle of cleaning it multiple times a day is annoying. If I knew about this piece I might have skipped the door, but when it is clean of fingerprints the refrigerator looks sharp! Other than that the refrigerator works great and no other issues to report. We have only had it for 2 months so hoping the results continue as far as efficiency goes.

It is still new, but the craft ice is great, it is quiet, and works great.

The best refrigerator we have had in 40+ years. The amount of space is truly impressive given that it is a counter-depth refrigerator. It is quiet as a whisper, and the Wifi feature will apprise us of its intelligent functions via weekly texts. LG surpasses many of the premium brands in anticipating customer needs.

Fridge works great. Love all the ice functionality!!! Only complaint is the frequency that I have to clean smudges off the mirrored glass. Not great for family’s with kids. I love the sleep look, but admit that I miss my handles.

We purchaesed the fridge about two months ago. It is working fantasically. Features and Ice Makers are awesome.

Refrigerator works great, the 4 ice options work very well. Counter Depth fits perfect for a more streamline look to your kitchen and still has plenty of internal space.

Always a fan of LG. This refridgerator is a great product. The reason i purchased this product is that I dont like the refridgerators sticking out of the counter top. Very conviniet to use the split door to access drinks. Another feature I liked the is the craft ice. Beautiful finished surface

Good capacity, beautiful and practical. Ball ice could be faster, but nothing that compromises its performance.

So far the fridge works great! It’s very roomy, and we love the craft ice function. However, not having door handles means that there are always finger prints.
