We love this refrigerator! The ice maker is in the actual door so it doesn't take up a bunch of room in the refrigerator. We also love the 2 other ice makers in the drawer below. One refrigerator with 3 types of ice at one time is a great feature.

Love it! I can’t get enough from the three ice makers and I thought they were useless at first. Same with the mirror door! Ok, that was a feature that really looks good and enhanced our home decor. The low profile is an absolute winner- fits perfectly and inside there is a huge amount of space.

Got this fridge after our 1 year old one was blown up during a lightening strike, and no one would repair it becaue it was a Samsung. Decided to get one that could be repaired if needed. This thing is awesome. The mirrored door is amazing for checking on whats inside while keeping the door closed, and you can even open it to expose just the items, while keeping the main door ahut (hard to explain, but trust me its awesome. Three diferent ice modes are great for cocktails and other drinks. And the handless profile is slick.

LG hit the mark on this one. Great looks, design, and storage. (It could use a little bit more space for taller items.) Very nice refrigerator.

I have owned this for about a month and so far I love it! The easy access split door on the right is a nice feature. I must admit, we never tap on the door to see what is in there so I would prefer one without that feature in the future to cut down on cost. It is true, that side does get a lot of finger prints, but I just keep a cloth nearby and wipe it down while waiting for coffee or things to cook. The ice maker on the door is a huge plus. My other fridge had it in the top third of the fridge and it was a waste of space. I think it is easy to simply tap the correct image on the silver dispenser thing and get either ice or water. I appreciate it is tall so I can fill up a water bottle directly. The three ice types are amazing! I never knew I needed craft ice round large ice cubes. They melt slower in my water bottle and water glasses. However, sometimes I really want small little cubes and it has those. And on the door are a little larger cubes. I go through tons of ice each day, and have yet to run out. Yahoo! It is true the doors stay open which I like. With my old fridge it was always a struggle to get a large dish with two hands and try to open the door, keep it open and insert the dish. I personally like the low volume chime that lets you know you have let the door open. I have a small kitchen so it is easy to hear. If you have a huge kitchen this might be an issue for you. I also like the light that illuminates in between the two upper doors and the lower freezer door. If you go in the kitchen at night, it works like a night light. The freezer works well for us. The top shelf has the two ice cube trays and then space on the right side. Then there is a shallow tray under that so you can put things you don't want to loose like small baggies. The bottom has two deep compartments. The overall design works better than my other fridge that only had one tiny shelf on top and then a huge space below. Fingers crossed things continue to go well because I really love this fridge! My delivery experience for three different large appliances has been fantastic. Thank you Best Buy!

The LG counter depth refrigerator replaced a full size. The shelf depth makes a difference, however, it works for two people. The freezer section is more than adequate. Four different ice options fills our needs. Regular and crushed in the door and two options in the freezer: balls and mini cubes. We have had the LG for two months and the AC temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer holds the settings.

I love this refridgerator!!!! It works wonderful and i love the four different types of ice. The lights are a plus. You cannot go wrong with thos refridge. Spacious on the inside. I have jad no problems with my refridgerator. I highly recommend!

Beautiful and perfectly designed and a lot of storage ,the water filter design is the best

We had a fairly new side by side refrigerator but wanted to upgrade. We looked at this counter-depth Smart Refrigerator with Mirror InstaView and thought it might be a nice upgrade. It was! We have had many different refrigerators over the years and this one is hands down the best. Love the look and the performance is outstanding. We love the craft ice. The space is generous for a counter-depth refrigerator. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

We love the craft ice option and knocking on the door to see in! The only issue we have is how easily finger prints show up on that door, especially with a teenager.

This fridge is great, plenty of storage ICE works all the time. Not like Samsung issues...only CON is the mirror side get fingerprint smudges BAD....

Absolutely loved this refrigerator. Unfortunately, I had to return it as it wouldn’t quite fit under my cabinet. The measurements were correct, however, there was a ridge in front of the refrigerator across the top that would not allow it to slide in further. Otherwise, I loved the LG refrigerator.

I like the refrigerator as far a space and convenience, however, the water and ice taste absolutely HORRIBLE! It tastes like chlorine or something like that. I did as directed in dumping all the ice once trays were full and was instructed to dump approximately 1 to 1-1/2 gallons of water from the dispenser. I actually dumped about 3 gallons.

The best refrigerator we have had in 40+ years. The amount of space is truly impressive given that it is a counter-depth refrigerator. It is quiet as a whisper, and the Wifi feature will apprise us of its intelligent functions via weekly texts. LG surpasses many of the premium brands in anticipating customer needs.

We both love this refrigerator. Looks great and works great. Three different sizes of ice is a great feature. Another nice feature is the knock and view of the contents on the right side of the refrigerator. We have had this for over a month now with no complaints.

So far so good. The fridge is amazing. Delivery and setup was good. We like the 3 types of ice options. The water still has the taste of the new filter. I would recommend this if you are looking for counter depth type of fridge. But if you put a lot of things in the refrigerator then get a bigger size. Otherwise good.

I’ve had it about a month and I’m happy so far. It’s quiet and nice looking keeps my food cold. The mirror finish on the door is a bit startling when you walk in and see another person in the kitchen. It’s just you. Love the small door on the front so you don’t have to open up the refrigerator every time you wanna get something that’s used often.

Coming from the brand we previously owned, which is still trying to be repaired, this is a high quality refrigerator. It just sounds so much better than the other one too! When it is depositing ice in any of the three bins, it is quiet and it’s barely noticeable when it drops ice! The old fridge used to be so loud! The mechanics of it work very well, no difficulties with anything closing or opening and each feature works wonderfully!

I bought this fridge back in Aug 2024, mostly for the craft ice makers. it is VERY expensive and I was told LG had one of the best brands for longevity. after about 6 or 7 months of ownership, all three different ice types (craft, mini, and in door) started having a really bad taste and leaving particles in my water. I have Total Tech, so I called bestbuy (who did the install), they then made me call LG myself since it was still under a year, and LG blamed bestbuy saying they put in the wrong waterline. Best buy refused to acknowledge that and said install repair only has a warranty of 90 days so they made me pay AGAIN to install a new water line. The guy that puts in the new water line says this wont fix anything, i need a tech agent. he calls to advise that and whoever works at best buy didnt believe him and was rude to both him and myself and hung up. fine, let this line go in and call back myself. done. fast forward a week, still the same issue. I call, my one year with LG is up, and then best buy says they will send out a tech guy, they charge me like $100 to send out the guy despite all the warranties. very nice tech guy, he has no idea what is causing the issue so he orders all new ice maker parts and a new filter (I had changed that), and replaced it. Great. the bad taste is gone, but now the sphere ice maker is sending out deformed/half spheres and broken pieces out only. I call best buy again so they can check it out. after being shuffled around, the lady asked me if I unplugged the fridge since geek squad came out. to avoid over the phone trouble shooting, I lie and say yes, and it didnt help. she then comes back and says since I unplugged the fridge I voided the all warranties and they can charge me another $100. They made me do all this trouble shooting on my first call and I was trying to avoid because I was calling during my lunch break. All this to say, big fridge, holds a lot, it smudges like CRAZY, and the ice maker is CRAP, and Best Buy is now the WORST phone customer service I have experienced. Planning on canceling total tech as soon as possible. Such BS. TLDR: Fridge is fine, ice makers will break or be defective, expect 0 to no help from LG and Best Buy.
