Great refrigerator! It is a counter depth refrigerator but has a lot of room inside. It holds temperature and is not noisy. I am really happy with it

Love this new refrigerator! This is not only attractive but has features that I think are important such as the interior drinking water feature that does not take away from the interior storage. Adjustable shelves, and the shelves in the upper doors are all usable to the bottom of the door, unlike other models. Very roomy inside w/the three drawers for veggies, fruit, meats & cheeses. It’s quiet, with the exception of the ice cubes falling in the tray. The freezer is more than big enough! We are very happy with our purchase.

Large counter depth fridge. Best value for the money when on sale . A lot of compartments for storage. Temperature is maintained throughout. Previously had a GE Cafe. More expensive 10 years ago than my LG purchase and had ongoing problems. A bonus was a gift card from Best Buy.

This 27 cu ft LG is high quality, inside and outside. Features are excellent... great icemaker... plenty of interior space... well-organized drawers/crisper/freezer section...controls/settings are easy... build is flawless... LG is one of the top rated manufacturers for well-designed, well-constructed, durable appliances. A family member bought a similar LG refrigerator nearly ten years ago, and they have had an excellent, problem-free experience with LG. I also have an LG washer and dryer that have excellent features and have performed flawlessly-no problems. My experience with LG appliances has been excellent. I recommend LG and Best Buy. Great purchase experience... delivery, install, and old-appliance removal was perfect.

We initially loved this refrigerator—it worked flawlessly for 23 months, keeping everything perfectly chilled and running quietly. However, it suddenly stopped working, and now we’re facing ongoing issues. The Best Buy repair technician has been out three times already, the first we waited 1 week for him to come diagnose the issue; the second we waited another week but apparently, he brought the wrong part; the third, after another 2 week wait, and we’re still without a fully functioning fridge. Now we’re told to wait 3 more weeks for a part that we don’t even know if he will be able to solve the problem. This is particularly problematic since this refrigerator is in our rental beach vacation house, and guests who are paying $20,000/week are understandably upset about having to use the small backup fridge in the garage and the mini bar beverage fridge. It's so disappointing to have invested in what we thought was a high-quality LG appliance only to deal with such persistent issues. Also, we’ve always had such amazing service from Best Buy having spent almost $50k on appliances, TVs and Sonos for this house. The inconvenience for our guests and the hassle of repeated service calls that we must ask friends to meet the technician since we don’t live there has been beyond frustrating. We’re not hopeful that the fourth repair visit will finally resolve the problem, but our experience the past 7 weeks has been awful. This situation is a significant drawback for anyone considering this model and using the Best Buy total tech warranty.

Bottom line is that this fridge is well priced for a high quality, counter depth LG. Its footprint is essentially the same as the fridge we replaced, yet the LG offers so much more interior space bacause of its smart design. I looked at all possibilities for about two months, including some that cost twice as much, before finally settling on this. The result of my search was that this fridge had everythibg we needed, was reasonably priced, and was well regarded in expert and buyer reviews. We are very pleased with this purchase…highly recommend it.

A great machine! We have not had a new fridge in forever and we are so pleased. The ice machine works great and the inside water dispenser is so convenient. The inside is a smart design.

Love our new fridge! The space and internal water dispenser is fantastic. Love that it is counter depth and does not come out as far as other opthions we looked at. The freezer is great and the ice dispenser keeps up with our needs and more.

This refrig replaces an older side by side. The space in the top fridge is amazing. Like being able to open and shut frig doors in any order. So much room in a counter depth unit. Water dispenser inside the door is super handy and allows more sorage by removing ice maker/dispenser from the fridge section. We could use a little more tall storage room, but that is nitpicking. Getting tired of wife saying i love this refridgerator! If She is happy, you will love it too.

My new refrigerator is great but, more importantly, the service was excellent. My old one died and I handled the purchase all online including next day delivery & set up. That team was excellent and managed to do it all without scratching my floor. Thanks.

We bought this fridge last year to replace our garbage Samsung one that kept breaking. It's been a solid addition. Love that the icemaker is in the freezer (prevents all sorts of problems), and that it has about 4 more cubic feet than our Samsung did in the same footprint, and it's cheaper! Nothing too fancy about this fridge, but it's been solid and we love the extra room inside.

Good amount of space, thought I'd need more, but not true. Wish it had the draw pulls on the top of draws but it's a minor brain adjustment. Like the water dispenser to be inside, it works great. Also thought I'd want to have adjustable door shelves, but the all work out fine. Happy with this frig. Sooo great to have the frig on the top!!

Love how much the refrigerator can store and the easy access with so many deep shelves on the doors!

the delivery of the refrigerator was excellent, both Gig squad workers were very careful with the installation. So far I like the LG refrigerator has been working very well.

It's a pretty good fridge, clean exterior look, and lots of space. The door shelves aren't height adjustable, which is a bit of a downside, and the drawers feel a little flimsy compared to the Samsung I used to have, but the overall internal volume is great.

LOVE our new refrigerator!! It is beautiful and the perfect size. Not too big and not too small. It is quiet as well except you can hear the ice cubes dropping at times but that's not a big deal.

Only had this fridge for a month, but really like it thus far.

So far so good. Seems roomier than other counter top depth refrigerators. Only had it a couple of weeks. Prompt and Courtesious delivery.
