LG Can Kick Rocka

Do not be fooled by the French doors, the clear shelving, ice/water dispenser, freezer drawer. It will not be as impressive when the product stops working 4 years in. LG had been impossible with coming to repair the fridge. Their warranty service at this point is non-existent. I have made three separate appointments for service, taken off work, and I was not even given the common curtesy of behind notified that no technician was coming. In summary: Looks pretty, breaks quickly, no help to fix it; thus, waste of money and time.

It sticks out a minimum of 6" in order for the doors to open. The shelves inside are essentially not adjustable, although the configuration is acceptable. The metal on the surface is distorted and wavy where the door handles are attached. It makes the appliance look distorted. Overall - a disappointment.

Not happy

No attempt to compensate me for the time I spent away from my day job to have them fix the problem. Time is money and although Best Buy seemingly fixed the issue for now, their call center wait times and 4-8 hour service windows are unacceptable. I would add that they publish a phone number for help on their web site that is a WRONG number. Unbelievable.

Hi Tech Garbage

App does not allow you to override sensors detecting that the ice bins are full when they are nearly empty. Just buy a dumb fridge without the need to connect it to wifi.

Still Waiting Correct Parts

Original had a “manufacturer defect”, replacement that was sent was the wrong color and size, and as of today a correct handle has yet to arrive.

Deceptive sales practices.
