Good fridge
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a nice fridge with a lot more actual fridge space than I expected from a counter depth fridge. Both doors are fully usable because the the water dispenser is inside the fridge and the ice maker is in the freezer. I don't like that everything is just piled on top of everything else in the freezer, but that's the nature of slide out freezers.

Almost Perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Owned this refrigerator for just over a year now — here are a few things to be aware of: - door shelves are not height adjustable, they are set where they are… if you have something taller than a gallon of milk, it will not be able to stand up anywhere without removing an interior shelf - interior shelf adjustability is very limited — we like the shelves to be level with one another and unfortunately I can’t stand up a bottle of beer unless it’s in the door - in order to access the large flatter interior drawer, both doors must be open (this is quite annoying pretty much always, we wish it was divided in 2) - freezer is large (over 1/3 of the entire unit) and somewhat clunky… good luck opening or closing it without causing some noise - the LG app is a great feature but expect excessive unnecessary notifications + makes ice like a champ + internal water is great + sleek look, fingerprint free (1 yo + 3 yo) + airtight doors and consistent cooling/freezing

Overall nice fridge
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the fridge itself. My only complaint is the position of the shelves. They are adjustable but if you lower one of the top shelves then there isn’t much room between the top and second shelf. There are only a few inches. I saw that they could be adjusted but didn’t pay attention that you could only adjust it one way. The shelves in the doors are nice and big. There is no temp adjustment for the drawers which I’m ok with.

After the wild fire fridge
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this fridge after we lost our home in the wild fire and it was a great price and works very well! Bestbuy delivered it as promised and we haven't had one problem. I'd definitely recommend it

Water dispenser inside
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the most part, we love it. My main complaint is that the water dispenser is inside the fridge and the flow is somewhat slow so while filling up a water bottle the fridge open-door alarm goes off. Every time. It’s really annoying. Also one of the shelves already broke.

Gap in the center
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do love my new refrigerator. I don’t love the flap that sometimes closes in the middle. You have to make sure the left side closes first and the flap is flat otherwise there is a 2 inch gap where it just stays open. I didn’t notice this strange feature before the purchase or I might have chosen a different one.

Poor communication/delivery
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While we are enjoying our LG appliance, we experienced damage to our hard wood floors and cabinetry during delivery. That was in September...we are still waiting to get resolution. The communication between the store and the delivery team was horrible. They arrived not knowing we had a subzero fridge to be removed.

Operating temperatures run too cold damaging
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This refrigerator is recommended to operate at temperatures that damage food. We had to set it way warmer. The produce bins offer no option to regulate air flow and temperatures which would be nice to keep produce crisper and fresher.

LG French Door Refrigerator
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There are many things I like about this fridge and a couple things I hate. I like that the fridge and freezer are quite spacious. I also love that the ice maker is actually in the freezer and NOT the refrigerator (I had a ton of ice maker issues with my Samsung refrigerator because of this ridiculous design). I do NOT like the water dispenser on the inside of the fridge. I am constantly opening the refrigerator to get water. Why can't the ice maker make ice in the freezer and just have a water dispenser on the outside of the refrigerator? The other thing I can't stand is the deli tray. I have to open both sides of the fridge to access the deli tray. Why couldn't they make two separate deli trays right under the two crispers? That would allow me to open one side of the fridge instead of both sides (isn't that part of the purpose of the French Door design)? Lots of opening doors to get to desired items. Outside of that, the refrigerator is fine. Happy hunting!

Decent equipment for the price point.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This fridge has been operating in my home for about a month now. I like the ease of operation. The controls for ice/water/temp are all on the inside right panel. The doors open easily. I had no problem adjusting the shelves in the refrigerator section. There is no option to adjust the freezer store area. The unit produces ice easily once it is fully chilled. The ice maker is a bit loud when in operation. There is also an intermittent hum/buzz to the fridge itself that is mildly annoying. However, from reading other reviews of this appliance, that appears to be normal. All in all, for the price, it's a good choice for a home refrigerator.

Love this fridge other than 1 issue.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this lg refrigerator to replace an18 year old GE side by side. Love everything about this fridge except for the fact that only the front wheels can be adjusted. Why? After pushing into place I noticed it was leaning back a bit out of level so I wanted to raise the rear wheels to level it but the delivery guy tells me only the front wheels are adjustable. Well that does me no good at all, so I actually had to get a piece of leftover flooring plank to put down and roll the rear wheels upon it. So 4 stars

Love the Fridge
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.5 stars for the fridge and 1 star for Best Buy. The refrigerator is very spacious. The ice maker and water filter are convenient, not in the way, and don't take up unnecessary space, like other refrigerators we looked at. We love the fridge but the Best Buy Service was terrible! We paid extra for installation and haul away and asked Best Buy what we needed to do to prepare for delivery and installation, they said "nothing, our guys will take care of everything". When the fridge arrived, the installers didn't know where the ice maker shutoff line was. They refused to look for it for even 3 minutes, saying it was our responsibility to know where it was and they had to be back on the road (mind you, they arrived 30 minutes BEFORE the beginning of their 2 hour delivery window). They couldn't disconnect the ice maker on the old fridge or water would go everywhere. So they left the new fridge in the living room and refused to even put the handles on because it changed from being a "delivery and install" to a "dropoff". We found the shutoff line 5 minutes after they left so we paid a plumber $200 since we couldn't get Best Buy back out to install and haul the old fridge away until 4 days later.

LG refrigerator
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good quality product for the price. Great capacity and simple functionality. Love the internal ice maker and water dispenser. The only downside is the material for drawers and accessories is a little flimsy. Let’s see how stand the test of time.

A hybrid is some ways - a good value
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is s hybrid in some ways. It has internal water on the left wall. I had a Samy w external water which is most convenient however it liked to throw ice cubs on the floor. The LGs with TTD ice and water would be more convenient but those doors are heavier and the ice maker takes up space. Here you do not lose space and there are enormous door bins on both sides. Thats where the extra space is. However I suspect that there will be some water that leaks past a glass just like it did on the outside water. Its a hybrid because they call it a counter depth but with a couple inches free in the back its 31 and5/8 deep to the door and another 2+ inches for the handles so its 33 5/8 deep about half way between a full and true counter depth. Its not a true counter depth. But its not a full either. The shelves only have 3 positions to be placed- the inside has limited configuration. A wine bottle on the door wil fall over so if you want a shelf for stuff that size you basically need to take a half a shelf out. SO water in or outside? Counter or full depth or in between. And take a look at the shelf options

It wont tell you how cold it is inside
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is well laid out so it feels more spacious than our last fridge, despite being the same size. That's great. I have to knock one star off for not performing a basic function: it will not tell me the temperature inside the fridge. I don't understand why. My old fridge did, which was useful many times over the years. This one does not. I even downloaded the app, hoping the actual temperature would be in there. It is not, it tells me it is "well maintained" and tells me the target temperature. It is now a running joke, and definitely a reason to avoid LG in the future. Sadly, we are stuck with it.

LG countertop fridge
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This fridge fits very nicely in the cabinetry. It provides lots of space in spite of the countertop depth. It's perfect for a small space.
