Shelf spacing is terrible. On the right hand side, inside; the shelving is such that you cannot place many average size containers at the bottom. A half-gallon container of milk and many bottles will not fit unless the sliding shelf above it is slid towards the back, making one-half the shelf unusable. So, you wind up having to open both doors to retrive many tall items that have to be tilted to get them into the left side of the fridge. The thing cools well and door bins are spacious, but inside of fridge is not standard bottle friendly. One more inch taller shelving on lowest shelves and there would be no problem.

We don't use the water dispenser a lot so can't speak for that. Overall, it works great and is extremely quiet. That is exactly what we are looking for and we are happy to have that in our new home!

Very completely satisfied with this unit as it is completely accessible for my handicapped wife in a wheelchair. Purchased several plastic pull boxes for small items and she is able to use those very easily.

LG REFRIGERATOR is a fine product. I have two complaints, the drinking water taste horrible like plastic. The installers removed two parts and didn't reinstall. Missing parts !

We bought a Ding & Dent model from store floor and it's Great! We love everything about it! It's also SUPER QUIET.

love the 4 door it makes it so much easier to store my freezer items. No more digging to find one item. However I wish the display for water and ice would light up.

The refrigerator itself is great! But it did arrive dented. We have been assured it will be taken care of and I have no doubt that is the case.

Great online experience. Made my purchase from start to finish, and had to make some delivery changes, online. Online assistants were amazing to work with. They were very patient and customer friendly.

Love my fridge. The only real problem I have with it. Is that the freezer drawers tend to catch themselves before closing and then slams. To be that defeats the purpose of the mechanism of a catch door.

So far so good, not moved in yet so haven’t used it alot. Ice maker is small, so keep having to dump it into bottom bin, not crazy about that since we go thru split off ice.

Highly satisfied with purchase. WiFi connectivity, knock knock feature. Only reason for 4/5 star rating, I wish there were more side door spacing for condiments and such.

We had a LG in our old house and loved it. When the LG in our newly purchased house died we when shopping for a new one. My wife really likes the LG interior setup and the beverage door has become a nice feature.

Very good appliance I like the front door convenience to grab condiments without opening the entire door in the two large bottom freezers

We were looking for a refrigerator and after looking at many models settled on this one. The in store service was good and the delivery and set up was excellent.

Great in store service, couldn't be happier with my purchase. This is a huge fridge. Also great delivery service, they went above and beyond by giving us a suggestion when the fridge didn't fit as we wanted it to!

So glad we picked this refrigerator! Keeps everything fresh in the fridge and keeps everything perfectly frozen in the freezer.

This is the second LG that we have owned. The only reason we bought this new on, is we sold our house with all the appliances included. We are very pleased with the all the " new " aspects of this unit.
