Great refrigerator. The door in door is amazing and the water feature makes it easy to fill large glasses. I would highly recommend.

I've only had this product for 2 days so I'm not certain my review will be too accurate. I will have to update in 6 months to a year at least. So far I really like it but I can already tell the fingerprints show up very easily. I will have to look up the simplest/fastest way to clean them off.

Well thought out design. Door-in-Door design is awesome. You'll never run out of ice.

So. We purchased this refrigerator five years ago + two weeks. We also purchased a Geek Squad Plan to cover those five years and never needed anyone to come out in that time. But two weeks after the warranty is past, the freezer and refrigerator both completely die. I'm not blaming Best Buy for this... But it seems suspect that it died exactly two weeks after the warranty expired. If it isn't something that is a fairly simple repair (will be calling LG tomorrow since it's not within business hours right now), we will most likely go back to simple, inexpensive refrigerators. Why spend $2500 every 5 years for a new one, when we have a simple side by side out in our garage that is 10+ years old and working fine? We liked the refrigerator while it lasted and the space it gave us, but not $2500 liked it.

I have had this refrigerator in stainless steel for about a month now. I read through the manual online the first day it was installed just to get a grasp of the buttons/options...which were pretty quick and easy to understand. I read that some people were complaining that it shows fingerprints easily on the outside, which I do notice happens, but since I do not have kids it's not a huge deal to me since I don't have hands touching it all over. I have also read that the color/finish of the button which opens the door-in-door feature will wear off after short time with a lot of use, but since I have only had it a month I haven't notice this happening yet...or if it will even end up happening. You do hear the motor run once in a wile or when it's making ice, but I wouldn't put this fridge in the noisy category at all...I barely notice it (but I also don't have it jam packed with food or opening it all the time). It's pretty simple to use and self explanatory. Looks good, big and seems to work great so far, and I have the Geek Squad warranty in case anything goes wrong, I'm happy with it.

After 1 month, very satisfied. We are pleased with how quiet the refrigerator is.
