The return process was not easy, but once the right people got involved at Best Buy, things moved quickly to replace the unit. Got the same make and slightly different model

Water from the door is fine. We are waiting on a service tech to come out. Purchased in Wichita Falls, TX and there are no local service techs. We'll see how it goes. Other than that we love the frig.

Good pricing and great delivery/installation team
