Went in to the store with an idea of what I wanted. I had previously measured the footprint of the area for the fridge. I knew the LG brand was good. With the help of a staff member my purchase was completed within 30 mins. I love the fact there are 2 ice makers, one in the door and 1 in the drawer. Compared to my old fridge this is one is amazing. I would definitely buy again!

This fridge has lots of space. It also has two ice makers. My family love it.

I got this refrigerator as a replacement for for another brand that had what I think was a design flaw. Even though the cubic feet is smaller than the previous refrigerator, I can’t tell. The drawers and shelves are positioned just right. I lover the door in door because now my kids don’t stand with the door open trying to get beverages. This is my first LG product.

I have had the refrigerator for a week now. It has been very quiet and everything has been working as it should. I would have given it 5 stars except for it is supposed to have spill proof shelves. I noted that a little bit of water had spilled from a container and was dripping into a drawer.

Great fridge spacious, great use of space love the two ice machines

We really like this refrigerator. The shelving and drawer arrangement makes food organization very easy. The double door lets you store drinks and allows access without having to open the main door. The double ice makers never run out of ice. Best Buy delivered and installed it and did a great job. Very pleasant store to do business with.

My refrigerator died on Thanksgiving and I had no time to do any research. Fortunately, the sales rep at my local Best Buy was very knowledgeable and was able to steer to me towards the right refrigerator for my needs in record time. I've had it now for a month and a half and I am extremely happy with this refrigerator. Its quiet, looks nice, and works well. Definitely money well spent.

scratch n dent frig, went bad after 1-1/2 years, Best Buy replaced full purchase price on a NEW model, Louie GREAT Geek Guy through the entire process, since he was out several times until it was determined it had to be replaced! Would never purchase another appliance from any other store than Best Buy! THANK YOU! P.S. Love our LG door-in-door model!

Great replacement for a Samsung fridge. Got the french door model with door-in-door. Didn't think I would really like the door-in-door but went with it because it was on sale. Have to say we really like the door-in-door, slim line icemaker and secondary ice maker.

I love the style and being grab and go, so I don't need to open entire refrigerator to get something to go. I replace this fridge with my old one that didn't make ice nor have drinking water, and I totally love its convenience and efficiency!!

This is my first LG appliance. It has not disappointed me...I have enjoyed having this new addiction in my kitchen! My last refrigerator was a GE side-by-side. It was over 15 years old and a component in the freezer kept overheating--thus causing the freezer to defrost. I replaced it a couple of times until my financial situation improved! I enjoy having this French door model. Will probably never buy another side-by-side. I purchased this appliance in March 2016 and had one small issue with the gasket around the freezer door. While under warranty, they did replace and suggested I "completely" pull out the drawer--which I wasn't doing because I didn't have enough clearance. I move some things around in my kitchen and the seal os working beautifully! LG's customer service dept is A+! Oh, did I mention---THREE options for ice???...Yep!...I. An ice person and love having choices! Thank you Also, warn your guests how to use the dispenser, so they don't make a mess on your floor.

Works well so far. Love the door in door and that you can turn off the 2nd icemaker.

looks good just what I needed plenty of room keeps food to the right temp.

I like to keep things that are simple and this is just that, a lot of room for the family needs and not to many components that i will have to replace or have the possibility of breaking down. send me the review after a year or 2 only the test of time will tell

We did our research and this refrigerator was exactly what we wanted. Always be sure to measure to ensure it will fit in doorways. We did and we knew we would have to take the doors off to get into the house. Once it was in, we were able to put back together easily. So far, it has been great. Still have to hook water up to it but I think we will like having the extra ice maker in freezer.

This refrigerator has worked very well in the short time we have owned it. It is very quiet. It has a lot of space,inside. The extra door comes in very handy for frequently used items. I like that the if and water are on separate push tabs. It makes ice fairly quckly.

Great refrigerator !!!! So stylish and it combines functionality with a modern look. Very easy to use, door in a door is so great and very cool. Freezer so nice and big to store all my food plus additional ice maker which could be turn on or off. Shelves do have a great capacity and over all I Love, love this frige. Only one little detail that could be improved is the right side door in door lock doesn't lock with the light pressure, you have to make sure you push the door enaugh In order to lack it completely. It has a little bip alarm that you can put on or off to let you know if fridge is not closed properly so good job LG and thanks Best Buy for delivering this product. Job well done. Very happy customer. I have the fridge for almost two months and so far so good. No issues. I highly recommend this product .

Love the two ice makers and door in door is very convenient
