I can’t say enough good things about this fridge. It is extremely spacious. The middle drawer is so convenient for the items we most often use and the separate door for quick access to mik etc. With previous refrigerators I had difficulty finding items. Not so now! Everything is accessible and easily seen! So happy we made this purchase!

Absolutely love it. Amazing space, lighting, door in door. So much room to see everything. I will never buy another refrigerator without door in door. Love the middle drawer for whatever...left over pizza or store wine colder than the refrigerator. Excellent freezer space. Love the small middle slide out. My daughter's spot for her popsicles. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

We have a large family and always struggled to find enough space in our old refrigerator for all the groceries. Not anymore! Even though the shelves adjust up or down they also give you a shelf that can be pushed back on itself for really tall items. The full glide out shelf is so handy for reaching into the back or for larger items (like a sheet cake) to pull it forward for easier access. LOVE the door in door feature! Quickly reach frequently used items (like milk or juice) while keeping the interior temp consistent. Handy drawers and easy access snack spaces as well. One lower drawer is used for dairy/deli type items. Spacious bottom drawer freezer has adjustable dividers and, once opened, has two additional pullout drawers. Ice maker in the door frees up precious interior shelf space as well. And, last but not least, the water/ice dispenser and exterior control panel. Nice TALL dispensing area for all those tall water bottles! Yes it is important!lol. Lots of thought went into the usability of all the spaces in this fridge. I am nothing but happy with this purchase and would readily suggest it to everyone!

Looked for a long time for the perfect refrigerator. This was my dream fridge. It has so much space and I love the freezer below. I had an old side by side for 22 years. I love the door in door. You can fit huge trays and large pizza boxes in with no problem. The middle drawer is great for drinks and snacks.

We were trying for the longest time to decide if we wanted the temperature control drawer or the hidden inside door. We looked at many refrigerators over months and since we will both be retired soon decided this would most likely be our last refrigerator so we would go for one with everything. It runs great, plenty of choices on where to put things just a few glitches which are minor you have to remember to close one door then the other. Also get your drink after getting ice, we love the shape, it lasts longer, but refer has to be closed to get ice. After two weeks very happy we just saw the videos which are only a few minutes but advise us of things like better freshness that we didn't realize and know we will be happy for years to come. I would give 4.5 but there is no/ choice for that and my husband says 4 stars.

The inside of this refrigerator is huge. Holds so much. The door shelves are narrow, but it's because it's where the ice maker & the door in door are located. I love the door in door feature, very handy to keep things that you use often.

The freezer had a ton of room and the door in door is very convenient for my family

Really love this frig. It is the nicest one we ever had. Everything seems well made and it is beautiful. I love all the different places to put things and the door & drawer you can open to get frequently used items without opening the entire thing up. The freezer has different shelves & compartments for organizing. Only issue is remembering where you put things!!!

Only issue we have so far is with the random cooling of the dispensed water. At times, water does not cool at all. Not sure why but still accessing the situation before we officially file a complaint.

I really like my new LG refrigerator. Very roomy!! I am a little puzzled by the smudgefree finish though. I see fingerprints on it all the time and am constantly wiping it down. I think I would recommend a different finish.

Lots of room and convenient. Easy access to all items.

I wanted to try a french door fridge but was afraid I wouldn’t like the bottom freezer. I have been pleasantly surprised and delighted with this fridge. The bottom freezer is roomier than my previous side by side and the French door fridge is huge! So roomy and easy to find everything. I highly recommend this fridge

We purchased this fridge and all other LG items to complete our new kitchen and a washer and dryer (mostly because I loved the black color they use more than the other brands...very dumb). We have used this for 3 years and have had 2 major issues: 1 the freezing up of the cooling mechanism in the back of the freezer (have to unload, thaw out, and then let it refreeze and it works again) and 2 the compressor went out. The compressor is the biggest problem. It is under a manufacturer's warranty for 5 years, so we called for service. LG contacted a service provider who did not show up for the first appointment, then a second service provider did not show up for an appointment, finally the first provider showed up for a third appointment 2.5 weeks after the fridge broke. That company replaced the compressor, but it never cooled below 55 degress in the fridge or 40 degrees in the freezer. We have a new company coming tomorrow (we're at a month without the fridge at this point and I don't know if they will fix it). We have spoken to LG multiple times and I can honestly say they don't care. And apparently this is an issue with many people - there is a current class action lawsuit on it.

The depth on this unit is deeper than we are used to. The capacity is enormous, and so much more usable than the side-by-sides we had in the past. Door-in-Door is great feature and the ability to put wide stuff in here is another plus (leftover pizza box). Had for 6 weeks and so far, so good!

The best refrigerator, totally quiet , great color and huge space

I recently purchased this fridge and couldn't be happier. I particularly like the feature that allows you to get into the door to get milk and other items without opening the entire fridge. My only recommendation to people who are interested in the fridge would be to measure the depth to make sure it fits in your kitchen.

This frig is big but the ice maker is small and it doesn't make ice fast. The jury is still out but overall I like it, but please store up ice or buy your own.

I like the drinks door and the individual drawers for the veges and fruit. I do not like the fact that water drips each time I use the water or ice dispenser.

Great refrigerator, plenty of space and beautiful design. The middle drawer provides easy access without having to move items around the shelves. Thru-the-Door access is an awesome concept. Ice maker offers crushed ice and we have yet to run out of ice when needed.
