I love everything about it! Tons of space in both fridge and freezer. The second fridge drawer is great for holding extras like fruit and lunch meat or cheese. We love the little squared ice cubes too!

Great refrigerator! It's huge and always looks like we need to go grocery shopping. The LED lighting works well and love the lower shelf that slides out. It is very tall so be sure to measure twice before purchasing. It barely fit below our cabinets

I am really happy with this fridge, big, roomy with all the bells and whistles. Love that Best Buy gives 18 months no interest and match other stores prices. You can't go wrong here!

So far great. It holds a lot. Only problem for me is I'm short and it's hard to reach all the way in bad on top shelves. Solution = I don't put anything back there. Chill/Freeze drawer offers options on use to adapt to needs. If you open left and then right door you have to close left side first or an overlap crash will happen with the center filler in way of closed right door.

Love the refrigerator but would like more bins for condiments on the left side. You sacrifice this aspect of it when you opt to get the ice maker in the door verses inside, top left. The door in door is a great feature, we use it a lot. The cooling drawer is nice, we store drinks and grab and go snacks in there! The freezer has plenty of space, the pull out shelf is great for frozen veggies and there is a slide out tray that is great for pizzas! You can't find a more spacious refrigerator!

This fridge is awesome...have only had it a few weeks, but we love it! Only two complaints....the sort that house the ice maker is heavier than the other and slams easily...am afraid that over time it will affect the ice machine. Solution is to be mindful when opening that side and not letting it slam. The ice maker seems to be slow in producing ice...period. It seems to take a lot longer than normal to spit out the cubes, even though they are IN the ice box. Not sure If there is something wrong with the ice maker, operator error, or just the way it is, but don’t expect ice to come shooting out at a rapid speed. Otherwise...love the fridge, esp the door in door feature. LOTS of space in the fridge and the freezer is generous, as well. Love it. Would buy again.

This is the best fridge I've ever owned or used. I looked at a Tom of different fridges and this was covered all my needs and exceeded my expectations. I use the door in door feature constantly. Literally, every single day I get the cool experience of grabbing my butter, jelly, juice, parmasean cheese, hot sauce or one of the dozen other things from that special compartment without letting a bunch of cold air out of my fridge. And the butter is super easy to spread because items in that area are a couple degrees warmer. I keep my ham, meats and cheeses in the middle drawer as well as some leftovers for super quick access. It's convenient and doesn't require opening the entire fridge. And the freezer has a ridiculous amount of space, it's amazing. The only downside is the water dispenser gets scratched from cups somewhat easily and should have an LED where the water comes out instead of only the ice area. But really, I'm super happy with this purchase. My friends and family all love the fridge and want one now.

The fridge has it ALL! My review will be lengthy as I want to hit on all the great features. We moved into our home six years ago and at the time borrowed my dad's extra garage fridge to get us by. You know your standard 18-20 cubic foot fridge nothing special. We finally decided to bite the bullet this year because with a growing 9 year old boy at home our fridge just couldn't hold enough food to get us through a week of grocery shopping. We lead a busy life and having to go the store every two to three days was just getting to be too much. This fridge is big and a tight fit in our fairly small kitchen (we had to shave off the overhang on the counter top to make it fit and you might be able to get a sheet of paper between the fridge and the cabinet). But we made sure and measured a bunch of times to make sure that it would fit before we purchased. I also read hundreds of reviews on every forum I could find (Best Buy, Amazon, Consumer Reports, ect.) because come on $4,000 for a fridge is a big investment. This had the best reviews on the market compared to the Samsung four door one that I was sure I really wanted, but it had received horrible reviews most people having it go out within six months of purchase and I can't afford to have my fridge go out that soon after purchased and wait a month for a replacement or repair. Installation was easy and the delivery guys were GREAT, very knowledgeable showed my husband all the cool little features and gave pointers-like that the handles on the freezer drawer and chilling drawer are meant to be loose (they move up and down) as they have two clips that break the seal so that you don't have to yank super hard to open those drawers as the seal is very tight which is good thing. We had noticed were loose at the store, but assumed it was because of it being a display model. Once it had cooled which only took a couple of hours we moved over everything from our previously packed to the brim fridge and I was amazed! We still had over half of the upper fridge section empty, the cooler draw had nothing in it and what had been in the freezer fit in half of one side of the freezer drawer. I went grocery shopping the next day and bought everything we would need to get us through an entire week and then some since I was getting ready to host a Christmas party. I still had a quarter of the fridge empty! I was able to make all my holiday candy this year and not be creative letting chocolates cool outside on my patio or having to clean out my whole fridge just to do that one thing. I love the door in door section it's great for my son to be able to just grab a cold drink without opening the whole fridge. The tiny easy access drawers I thought would never get used are perfect for his string cheeses and apple sauce pouches. I use the cooling drawer for mainly holding drinks you could probably fit 3-4 cases of pop easily, but it's also great for holding party platters especially with the sliding adjustable dividers. We have a water filtration system for our whole house and with the added filtration the water tastes amazing and I love finally having a huge supply of ice my husband likes his drinks really cold. The cubes are about half the size of your normal refillable trays so they are easy to get into water bottles for your workouts. The crushed ice is very fine which would be a drawback if the cubes weren't such a great size. It is super easy to switch between the two as well. I also like the fresh air filter for the fridge. You can activate it and it removes smells easily so as not to make everything smell or taste funny without having to go buy baking soda for the fridge and wait three days or so and hope that the smell actually leaves. The freezer section is great as well. I wanted more fridge than freezer as we have a great 22 cubic foot deep freezer already. I love that the upper sliding drawer is removable if need be and the thin drawer is a great place for ice compresses, bacon and other thin items that are otherwise usually lost in your freezer. LG literally thought of everything on this fridge. If you purchase this fridge you will not be disappointed. Only one drawback (and not big enough to diminish how great this fridge is) for those that don't know as I didn't this is a truly stainless steel fridge therefore your magnets will not stick to the front of this fridge. They will stick on the side, but if you use your fridge like a command center like we did you will have to either buy stainless steel specific magnets or find another alternative. In all this fridge is GREAT!

This refrigerator is by far the best I've ever had. I love how the lower shelf pulls out. We literally don't have enough food to fill this fridge up with. My only issue is that it collects fingerprints and smudges. I've been super picky about cleaning it every time I see a smudge. I love the door-in-door feature, we keep drinks and quick to get items in this door. It protects the fridge from losing cool air. The drawer above the freezer is pretty cool too. You can store wine there for quick access when you have parties. Or you can store quick to get foods like yogurt, cheese, sausage... etc. The freezer portion has lots of space and two additional shelving areas for quick to get items like ice cream, frozen bacon... etc. I don't regret this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

    LG Refrigerators are Junk

For those of you shopping for a new refrigerator and are considering buying an LG product- Don't do it! We purchased a 30 cu. ft. french 4 door refrigerator (model LMXS30776S) and it has proven itself to be the nightmare that never ends. The suggested retail price is currently listed just under $4k when they should be paying people not to buy it. Since purchasing this piece of junk we've had 4-5 compressors replaced, a new computer module installed, something done to the seal system and now a 3 way valve needs to be replaced and still have no idea if this will resolve the problem. I'm not a tech, but I can't imagine there is too much more you can replace. Rather than valuing customer satisfaction, they continue to take a band aid approach and attempt to try to piece this piece of junk together one part at a time. I'm absolutely certain, with all of the service calls and parts that have been put into this piece of metal, it would have been cheaper to replace it by now. This does not include the food we've lost and most importantly my time!!! That said, if you're shopping for a new refrigerator- run Forest run from LG!! Oh I forgot, I guess I'm supposed to be grateful they offered me a 15% discount on a $30 water filter.

I was so in love with this fridge. But of course, not too long after it’s out of warranty, everything breaks. Ice dispenser stops working, water dispenser stops working. Repairman can’t get it to work, despite replacing the parts LG support specifically advised to replace. LG support won’t tell us a darn thing except “it needs to be serviced and we can help you find someone to service it for you.” We opted to live without the auto dispensers, since no one could figure out how to fix them. Now it’s stopped cooling completely, and we lost $$$$ in food. This fridge is 3yo. There is NO EXCUSE for such poor long term quality in a top of the line fridge. I see many reporting similar problems, after the fridge is only a few years old. I will never purchase another LG piece of equipment again. Our 80” LG TV is dying too - the HDMI ports won’t work anymore. My Samsung things lasted a decade. STAY AWAY!

My last LG fridge is 15 yrs old. This new one really stands out in reflecting the advances. The almost 30cu. ft. w/ french doors feels cavernous in the amount of storage space. I like the easy access drawer above the freezer for my kids use. My wife likes the door-in-door for frequent use items. With the big freezer drawer, we don't miss our recently sold deep freezer, yet. After 2 months I have no complaints w/ this unit. However, after taking delivery of the unit, I understand the reason for counter-depth units. My wife said, "it feels like a truck is driving though our kitchen." We had the chance to return this unit due to a mishap in delivery. After evaluating the two styles more closely (counter-depth vs. standard depth), we choose the standard depth. 1) cost - counter depth cost more for less storage, but look aesthetically pleasing in your home. 2) storage space - Our family is still growing, our kids are small. We'll need the space. For our family, we can't place aesthetics above space needs. As stated earlier, don't miss deep freezer, yet. Bottom line, very cool in design, style, features & function. Almost gave 4 stars, but I can't fault LG for designs in home construction.

First, love the wide area available, and the door in door. Drawer is awesome and lower freezer is very large and accommodating. Door buttons are very easy to operate and you need to do very little to utilize all the benefits of this fridge. Now, the negatives. The door in door is the only place to put milk, large pitcher etc. Unless you want to slide back the one shelf that allows for taller items. If you put milk there, there is no room for anything else. We ended up removing one shelf and re-positioning the sliding shelf on the right. This allows room for multiple tall items. Keep in mind we have at least three usually at all times, milk, pitcher of tea, iced coffee, v8, large salsa, etc. You can't fit all that in the way you receive the fridge no matter how you set the shelves. The electronic control for the water/ice dispenser had to be replaced as the ice button would not change unless we unplugged the fridge for a few seconds and then applied power again. Also, the ice cubes are small. If you like crushed is, this is your fridge. We live in FL, and cubes this size don't last very long. Appearance is good, everyone that sees it loves it. It is very large. When delivered, all the doors have to be removed to fit through all doors and halls. Best Buy, has bee very good. Price was right, delivery was excellent, and customer service was spot on. I would highly suggest you do the extended warranty, as we were covered within first year with LG for the ice electronic, but would have been very expensive next year.
