I love everythng about my new LG Black Ice Refrigerator...from the color - to the size - to the convenient compartments and functionalliity. I finally do not have to dig for smaller items - I can see almost every item at a glance. It's very quiet for such a big guy and very simple to operate all the bells and whistles. It's great for a large or small family and my patient and informed sales person at Best Buy made this a very pleasurable experience .

The Delevery crew were great. Its a Huge Fridge, Very specious. One of the reasons why we purchase this fridge over other was because the middle drawer; can be a change to a regular temperture or cold as a freezer!! Its not the quiest fridge out there and is really annoying if you are dispensing ice from the ice maker the other side door needs to be closed. Overall happy with the purchase!

We went out originally to buy a Whirlpool model, but when we saw this one, we both agreed it was the one. It had everything: stainless steel, french doors with separate door in door, separate deli drawer, water & ice dispenser outside, large freezer section with 2 top drawers. Very large 30 cu ft capacity. Only issue is water from dispenser is not cold. Not sure if this is normal, waiting to hear back from LG. Less than a month in, we are happy for now.

this is a super refrigerator. Lots of usable space, really love the door in door. Sale price was great,too

Have only had it for a week now, but so far everything is working well! I was wary of all the new technology but have to say I love the convenience of the temperature displays. Old refrigerators were hard to tell just by turning a dial to 1-5. I like knowing what temp I have it set at.

Sort of tough choosing between the Samsung or LG Twins. We went with this French door 3 door freezer 30 cu incher. Bought it at BB on a price match, took it home, unwrapped it, removed the doors and drawers, and installed it. Removing the doors and drawers allowed it to be easily moved through the house and prevented any cosmetic dings. The unit is virtually a hefty plug and play . Love this refridge and all its features. Everything has been working as it should for the past 4 weeks.

Love the size and featured of our new LG. Much quieter that our old unit...and the ice maker is much better!!

A monster sized refrigerator that runs nearly silent. Took a little while to cool down after the initial install but has lots of space and the interior lighting is great. Be sure to double check all your measurements in your home before purchasing! The spec sizes are correct. Geek Squad delivery was fantastic! They had to take the fridge doors and drawers off to get the LG Fridge into our house then put it all back together. Everything went GREAT!

Gave this a 3 star rating basically because of the delivery issues. First crew that showed up were unprofessional and definitely had no interest in making the delivery. They refused because they said the cord was bent (I think they bent it on purpose) and this was after they showed up an hour late pst their delivery window. 2nd crew was amazing and were in and out in 20 minutes and set everything up and delivered the fridge like it was made of glass, so gentle and cared enough to make sure they didn't even bump a doorway, wall, or countertop. As for the product, it's amazing! Beautiful fridge and everything has its place inside the fridge. We even went grocery shopping the day it delivered and loaded it with $300 worth of groceries and there is still plenty of room! You won't be disappointed.

The fridge has enormous space that can be configured to work for your needs, the service door works wonders for fast service, the middle drawer can be used for different temperatures, I just love how versatile this middle drawer is. The freezer is also enormous and have compartments to accommodate your food. It is very easy to clean and keep clean. And don't get me started in how silent this giant is.

This LG refridgerator is really aweome. Initially we thought it would be too big to fit aesthetically in our kitchen, but then the space and various neat little features like icebox inside of the door, door in door were too good to pass for the price. Runs very silent. Polished steel surface looks nice but gathers smudges easily. We are extremely happy with this purchase.

Very nice. Only minus is the small ice maker but i like that it is in the door and out of the way.
