This fridge is absolutely WONDERFUL! It's huge and holds so much. We love the door in door and makes everything so convenient.

I never thought I would be happy with the freezer on the bottom but to get the "third" door I wanated I had to choose this refrigerator. The door is opened all day to retrieve drinks. I absolutely love this feature. The freezer at the bottom in this particular frig is perfectly fine. What I love almost as much as the third door at the top of the refrigerator itself is the light freezer drawer located just above the freezer. Items I am going to cook within a few days I can place here and it stays fresh without a hard freeze. What I love also is the depth of the refrigerator. Because of the depth it is easier to store those extra items when you are preparing to entertain and have to do prep work ahead of time. A friend recommended Best Buy to me is how I ended up with this fabulous refrigerator. After having an ice maker and a water dispenser you never do without again so this frig also has that. Excellent purchase! and because we bought at their annual Memorial Day Sale we got $1200 off. I am so glad my friend recommended Best Buy to me when her frig went out. We got it in stainless steel and it is quite impressive.

Love the storage options and the convenience of the door in a door for those items we frequently have need of. The Best Buy team did a great job in both delivery and installation, My only complaint was that they would not put the doors back on the fridge they moved. I had to do it myself, which was a bit awkward with my back and neck issues, however, with the help of some friends, that was soon remedied. All in all, this is a great product and Best buy is simply put... the Best. Matched prices of competitors to keep us as a customer with no hassles or problems.

Was originally going to go with the Samsung counterpart due to their package deal but this LG seemed better because the ice maker is built into the door rather than taking up shelf space in the refrigerator compartment. This fridge is not perfect though, the ice maker is relatively small and does not hold much ice, although the the ice plus mode does speed things up a bit.

The guys were on time, quick and nothing was damaged. They showed us everything and we're really careful. The price and service was excellent.

I absolutely love everything except the ice make and water dispenser. Those were big items when we were looking. The ice capacity is small and gets stuck a lot. The water dispenser spout comes very close to the side of the cup. If the lip of the cup is thick it causes a problem. I wish it had a second ice dispenser likes others we considered.

Though we got off to a rough start, with the first unit delivered failing to get cold, we are very well pleased with Best Buy's fast and seamless replacement of the faulty product.

This fridge is having lot of space which will fit the needs of a medium to big family. Has very nice interiors and great looks

Really like the fridge a lot however the ice bin is small. If you have a small gathering and serving drinks, buy bags of ice.

This fridge on the fifth year of owning it the compressor and the fan freezing inappropriately area has occurred within a year. Good thing we purchase extra protection to get it serviced. I will not and strongly advise not to purchase this LG too bad it looks so great but quality sucks

This is the 3rd refrigerator we've bought from Cest Buy in 2 years. The problems with the first two centered around the ice maker leaking both inside and outside on the door. This one has many bells and whistles that we like, the quality seems good and our only complaint is that it doesn't make enough ice. That's still better than leaking!

So much room in the freezer. The fridge drawer is perfect. The left door is very heavy and slams closed.

I will admit I was a bit nervous about spending this much money, but I have been very pleased with this since we got it. We replaced a Samsung side by side with this unit and this has significantly more space and a much more usable interior.

Great refrigerator like it very much. Would buy another one just like it. Especially like the black diamond color. Does not mark up. I would recommend it to anyone. Very deep does need extra room to fit and get the doors opened.

This is by far the best refrigerator I have ever had. It has so many compartments which allow me to confidently open my refrigerator in front of my company with out being embarrassed because my refrigerator looks too full .

I would highly recommend this refrigerator. My wife and I purchased the LG refrigerator during the Black Friday sale and could not be more happy! There is PLENTY of space for everything. Delivery and set up went smoothly as well!

So far we are pleased with our purchase. Love the extra room and the freezer in the bottom.

I never thought that the fourth door and the door in door feature would be useful, but they are incredibly convenient. With kids, 90% of the door openings are for sandwich fixings and drinks. Not having to open the main fridge compartment for this is a big energy savings and helps keep the other food colder. The only minus, which is shared by in the door ice and water French doors is that the ice maker does not hold a lot of ice. But I don't use a lot so that is not a big concern. Overall, an excellent product.
