It gets a 1 star for features. This fridge is great for price with great features. The exterior finish is wonderful. But, when you get to long term fridge is when it loses it's luster. We purchased in Nov 2018 the fridge and in less then one year it needed replaced. Thank goodness for extended best buy warranty. The company tried to fix the motor and compressor but the fix never worked. We got this replacement two months later after trying to get scheduled service. Now less then eight months later the motor or compressor is going bad and we have to have service again. The service tech that tried to fix it let us know that LG has the worst compressors and motors out of the fridges. LG needs to get a better QC on compressors and motors.

a little bigger once in place (sticks out too far) but the fourth drawer temp. control is great for cooling pop cans

Everything about this fridge is great except for the water and ice dispenser light location. At night it is hard to see how much water you are putting in your cup because the light is below the water dispenser.

love everything about my fridge. especially like the ice in the door does not lose any space in fridge for storage

Really like the large refrigerator and multi temp drawer! Really like the in the door ice maker makes ice fast! Totally enjoy the through door access but my favorite is the black stainless color!!!

This refrigerator is very good. If we had this refrigerator during the hurricane we would not have lost any food because it keeps food very cold refrigerator Chiller and freezer I would highly recommend.

Great features. I love the flex drawer in the middle that allows me to adjust the temperature on the fly for different needs. Excellent lighting makes finding stuff super easy. I have zero complaints so far.

I love this new refrigerator. I purposely bought it with the 4 doors and the easy access door on the top. I love the pizza box tray in the freezer section and the deli drawer.

There is so much room in this refrigerator and freezer! I love the front door to get frequently used things like milk and juice!

This refrigerator is huge. Looks great in my kitchen. Has lots of good features. Mt favorite two features are the fridge drawer ( hold a tremendous amount of anything) and the quick open for milk and such.

The unit is all we anticipated and more, but the right-side door is a tad uneven. We will call for assistance from the store where it was purchased and anticipate the usual prompt/efficient/courteous response.

We love our new frig, we spent a lot of time reviewing and determining which had the best options and quality. We made the right choice, you will not be disappointed.

the only thing I found annoying that the door shelves cannot fit a standing 2 liters soda botels

I purchased the original model of the is refrigerator over two years ago and I absolutely loved it. The only thing it was missing was the middle drawer with temperature control options. We had to leave it behind when we sold our home, so we were back in the market and I wanted the same refrigerator. Then I found this new and improved model! I have to say I am absolutely happy and love the versatility of the unit, roominess, design and look. They have perfected what I thought was already perfect!

I bought this refrigerator with a sale of 25%. It is a great one and all the members of the family loves it! It ran quite and has 3 temperature zones. Inside there are plenty of lights to see all your items.

The fridge was a tad smaller than I was used to being that we had a regular depth and this is a counter depth, but we worked it out and love it! I've had no problems, and it looks beautiful in my home.

After having this refrigerator for not even 3 years, the compressor failed. Please note this is under warranty, however the labor portion is NOT and let's not forget the hassle of relocating food (some I did have to throw away). I had LG come out to make the repair and had to wait 2 weeks and pay just over $300. I will never be purchasing an LG fridge again. My Aunt had this same fridge and SAME problem.

Decent fridge but too expensive for what it offers.

Details such as the freezer drawers that "auto closed" and the interior trays that really glided easily made the difference between competitors units. Well planned interior design and lighting is great.

We have used this refrigerator for a year, with no problems. One minor issue, sometimes the ice gets stuck in the ice tray. It is easy to fix.
