We have had the the fridge now for a little over a week and so far it's great. Very roomy, and the chill door is great for a variety of things. As of now the only negative thing I can relay is that the water dispenser is super slow. It's not the end of the world but it is a little annoying.

This is exactly what we wanted in a fridge. More freezer space than a side by side and everything is easily accessed. The chill drawer is perfect for beverages of all sizes. Door in door makes grabbing milk, water bottles and wine a breeze without having to open the entire fridge. Ice cubes are smaller and not semi circles, unlike every other fridge on the market. Led lighting inside, shelf that slides back, and it even looks beautiful!

The refrigerator is a good product thus far, we got this one to replace a similar model (without door-in-door) which was defective. This product works well and the door-in-door shelves hold more than we thought, perfect for condiments and bigger shelves in the door hold milk jugs/soda bottles with room to spare. The only issues we've had with this unit have been related to the install. 1) Make sure the doors are adjusted correctly - the left door was not high enough, so the latch was not catching when closed to block the gap between the doors which let cold air out (a simple adjustment with tools provided corrected this, but should have been done by installers) 2) The water line was not appropriately connected which resulted in water leaking out and causing some damage 3) The delivery scheduling failed, I was rescheduled by the driving company 3 or 4 times (forced, not by my request) before they were finally able to deliver it, 2 weeks after original schedule. In summary, I would recommend this product and purchase it again, but I would install the product myself (or take a closer look at install before they left) and not allow the delivery drivers to do that.

This is an awesome refrigerator. My only complaint is that it makes too little ice! We have a big family and always have to have ice in our beverages. My husband and I can fill our regular sized cups up with ice and we're out for hours until it produces more. If not for this the fridge would be perfect.

Excellent fridge - a bit pricey but worth it Lots of room with different shelves and door storage. Door in door is a great feature that we all love. This being our first French Door fridge - took a little getting used to - but its super convenient.

We have only had this refrigerator for a week, but the fridge itself is amazing!! There is so much more space than our old side by side. Plus the door in door feature is a lifesaver for our family. We have a 5 year old and between the door in door and the 4th drawer, she can easily reach anything she needs.

This is a large refrigerator so make sure it fits in the kitchen and through the doors. Very spacious and well lit. Like the middle drawer for quick access to drinks and vegetables. Adjustable shelves make storing food much easier. Good size freezer draw. Be careful not to overload the freezer drawer and block the vents. We inadvertently did this and food started to thaw.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! The freezer with the two pullout drawers. the Custom-Chill drawer and the door-in-door capability make it a very stellar product for the kitchen. The only drawback is the relatively small ice maker. If you use a lot of ice, I would suggest you look at a different model. Overall, I love this refrigerator and enjoy using it daily.

Have owned this for a week, so these are admittedly & purposely initial impressions. If things change, I'll update (try to update) my review. First off, the delivery & delivery team were outstanding. The three-man team efficiently removed our old unit & brought in, set up, & prepped the new one, including checking it for "level" in several different directions, both inside & out. Huge kudos for them. This unit has a huge capacity, & the door-in-door is hugely useful if you put the right stuff in it. It's great to have milk, cream, & often-used condiments quickly at-hand without opening the whole fridge. The one weird thing about the refrigerator is that the three main drawers don't seem to be differentiated; you can use them for produce or whatever indiscriminately. The huge feature, though, is the middle unit (the top drawer). It's really flexible, & has dividers that are useful. Similarly, the freezer section is divided up in multiple ways, making it much more efficient, we feel, than a single big space. As others have noted, the ice bin isn't huge, but if we need high-volume ice, a 10-pound bag is $2.50; not really a factor. That's a really small nit to pick in what otherwise seems to be a big winner.

This LG refrigerator is phenomenal! I love the door in door for keeping all my breakfast items. The space is incredible. Ice in door is perfect and allows more inside space by not taking up room. The freezer is huge and allows for great organization of items. The middle drawer keeps all the items at a perfect temperature. This refrigerator is worth the money.

I'm thoroughly pleased with our purchase of this LG refrigerator. Purchased this as our third companion piece after buying both a microwave and matching stove in the fall. Despite the macabre title of my review, it's spot on: the sheer size of this thing means you'll forget what is in the back and not move it until your next fridge purchase 11 years from now. Exceptional brightness, smart thinking with the fridge top/freezer bottom design. Love the middle drawer as my kids call it theirs and access it without issue. Five stars would've been granted if only the water pressure with the dispenser were more forceful. It seems a new gray hair pops out after each fill up. Great buy for the money, especially since we snagged a great sale. PS we've named her Silvia as she takes such good care of our family, and we feel that naming things makes them last longer and perform better :). Oh and we love that we got a rebate to boot!

Only 2 days old but every thing is working as it should. Hugh inside. Have a hard time reaching items in the back on the top shelve. Transferred everything out of me old fridge (25 CF) and the new one still looks empty. Only problem may be the ice maker. Ice bin is not very big and could run out of ice fast. Guess that is the price to pay for having it neatly out of the way in the door.

So far I have no complaints about this fridge. There is plenty of space, easy to use. Some of my favorite features is that the icebox is housed within the door. So far we have not ran out of ice. I love having 3 crisper drawers to allow for better organization and separation of food. The best part is having the spacious chiller drawer that allows extra storage.

Bought this item just from the description due to Clovid19 and not being able to see it. It’s spacious, love the little door were I can grab my milk and condiments without having to open the big door. Oh and the middle drawer fantastic for holding out water. Great looking fridge with everything I needed.

We were so tired of refrigerators with plastic deli tray parts that broke that we decided to spend the additional money for a 4 drawer refrigerator with a separate deli tray. Although we have only had it a few months, so far, so good. The capacity and lighting are excellent, but be aware the cabinet is deeper than most, which means it juts further into the kitchen and shorter family members have difficulty reaching the back of the top shelf. As others reviewed, the ice bin is small, so we just empty it into a spare ice container that we keep in the freezer. Only complaint is the ice seems wet, probably because the maker is in the door, and it will clump together in the bin. We check and empty it frequently for this reason. It is a quiet machine.

I would really rate as 4.5 if had the choice. I think overall it comes down to personal choice between a side by side or over under. The unit itself works great so far with no issues. Just take into consideration that with an over under model if you use the freezer a lot that you will not have the convenience of shelving and will have to bend down to the freezer storage area. The plus side of this trade off is that the refrigerator section shelves are much wider which is convenient for wider objects such as pizza boxes.The middle programmable section is what sets this unit apart from others and is a great feature in my opinion.

Got a great deal on this and possibly got too much fridge, but this is incredible! Huge amounts of space for food storage and easy to organize items. Our old fridge was stuffed with items and often things stayed too long before we noticed them. Love the ability to completely organize items, and keep them at the proper temp without affecting other items. Found that veggies stay fresh longer, eggs, milk, juices as well. There is plenty of space in the door-in-door feature. It can definitely hold 2 gallon containers, plus 2 half-gallon containers. Space that would be wasted in other fridges actually contain shelves and holding spaces for smaller items. It seems every food item and container has a location. Had some initial concern about the freezer size but there is a huge amount of space, plus the additional shelves for frozen pizzas and dinners. One small issue was the lack of ice output at first, but after some reading found out that the freezer temp needed to be at least -4F. After making this change, no problems with lack of ice. I waited a few weeks before reviewing this just to see if it really was this good and it has definitely exceeded my expectations.

Love my new refrigerator,the door in the door is a great feature but the drawer not so useful,could have done without that. Bought the unit as an open box product so expected some issues,dents and such however did not expect the drawer not to work,fixed it myself was just unplugged internally and had a water leak inside the dispenser door.Told geek squad receptionist what part needed but sent tech out without it.Still waiting on part 2 weeks now,will install myself if they ever get me the part.

Having a family of 5, we've always struggled with organization in a fridge. Not just a need for space, but rather a need for "Clean Space"! Every month we found we were throwing stuff out simply because we couldn't FIND it before it went bad... Everything was SMASHED on top of each other and crammed. I surprised my wife with this fridge and we have been delighted ever since! The fridge is BIG and SPACIOUS and makes our food easy to find! Organization is a breeze and we couldn't be happier with this fridge!
