I love this refrigerator. Many compartments for storing food.

My family loves this fridge. We measured to height and width before buying. We didn't think to measure the depth. This fridge is much deeper than your standard fridge. We had to have the wall behind the fridge cut out to accomodatr for the fridge. The quick access door is great. Inner shelves could be a bit stronger. The shelf holding the crisper drawers sags if drawers are full and weight bearing items are placed on the shelf.

The item we bough in store and in next week found a good deal in Amazon, I tried online customer care and they gave me the case ID and i followed-up three times later on. Finally rejected says Bestbuy doesn't match with third part that sells from Amazon. Very disappointed but items looks fine , installation is free. Customer service is not as good as I thought and hence 3 star.

I really am loving my refridgerator we had to shuffle the shelves around a little to get everything to fit right but now that we have we are really pleased! Love the extra pull out drawer! We did have a little problem with the door opening and closing but come to find the little button on the inside was just stuck it has been working fine ever since. Overall very satisfied.

This is a really good refrigerator. I like how quiet and efficient it is. It's huge and can store tons of food.

Happy with every aspect except the water dispenser doesn't put out cold water, cool water yes but not cold.

I needed to purchase a new fridge, so after much research I decided on this model. Everything is great with it, with the nit-picky exception being the fingerprints issue. Otherwise, a fantastic fridge!

We have had this French door unit for 4 years and are currently awaiting our second major repair. For the second time the compressor and sealed system is having to be replaced. Since it’s a sealed system, just not any appliance repair company can work on them. We are going in to our second week without a refrigerator. We just got assigned a repair company 3 days ago but they have not even reached out to us yet to set a repair date. Once that happens, the repair man will come out to inspect the unit, then he will have to order the parts, get them in and then they will finally fix the refrigerator. How is going 4-6 weeks without a refrigerator acceptable??? All of our appliances are LG (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer) but this has broke us from buying LG again. I am so disappointed in this product. When you spend this kind of money, you expect a top notch product. Buyer beware, stay away from this refrigerator.

Overall a wonderful large capacity refrigerator with lots of versatility. The only downfalls are the small amount of ice that it can make and the constant cleaning of finger prints on the outside.

Great unit, however it's extremely large and had to be completely disassembled and reassembled to fit through our home (hallways and archways) into the kitchen. Love the quick access double sided door. The only things I dislike about the fridge are the way the left door tends to slam loudly when allowed to close freely and the little sound the access door makes when opening and closing (I'm thinking a small amount of WD-40 would fix the access door sound because it's a small little button that gets mashed when closed.)

The black stainless is really a good looker. This fridge has all the freezer space we need.

Everything I wanted and more. Gets cold fast, love the ice & water and it's HUGE!! Very good buy and would recommend. The middle drawer is great for many different food types

I like this fridge but the water is very slow, so it takes forever to fill up a cup of water, and it makes and holds very little ice, it seems like I never have ice in my house... and these are the two features I really needed. Otherwise I love my fridge.

I Love my new fridge. The door in door is great for the most used items, and the drawer is great for those large items like cakes that just will not fit anywhere else.

Me and my wife love this fridge. The only complain is that it doesn't make a lot of ice. Enough for 2 or 3 people but not any more than that. Definitely recommend tho!

Fridge is big inside and has a lot of storage only had it for 1 months so will update review after couples of months of use
