This fridge worked perfectly until the month after our Geek Squad warranty expired. It could not be repaired due to a leak and we had to purchase a new one. We will not purchase LG again.

This is our 3rd (third) LG, with all being warranty replacements. My wife loves the room and interior. My issues are with dependability and length of service operation. All 3 of these were within 1.5 years and luckily we purchased an extended warranty. The first one had a compressor failure. The second ones door seals failed. Had condensation and black mold growing. Not too apetizing when you open the fridge. The good news is that this excelled my weight loss-heck who needs to go to the gym-LOL! No problems with this one so far. I did however purchase another extended warranty.

My LG refrigerator provided the additional inside storage I needed that wasn't provided in mine or many other standard refrigerators with side-by-side fridge and freezers. Full access to the refrigerator with both doors open, is great. With the entire ice maker hidden in the door, there is much more refrigerator space freed up. The design of the freezer gives multiple unique choices for food storage.

Best Buy should not sell this product. LG apparently is aware of the faulty parts used in this product, yet still continued to sell it and not increase the warranty period. Purchased this refrigerator 1/1/2016 for $2999 and have had 4 repairs due to faulty equipment since purchase. Only the cost of parts are covered, I have spent $800 in labor and have lost $500 in spoiled food (almost 1/2 the cost of the refrigerator). For parts to be covered you must use LG approved repair service, there are only 2 in Miami; this means a wait time just for initial service call, and then waiting on parts. My repairs have generally taken an average 2 weeks each time, that is a long time to go without a refrigerator. Very disappointed in this purchase.

I wish this would have been a keeper because of the capacity, just awesome! But unfortunately, after the first purchase of this fridge the ice maker button became an issue (didn't work) and then with the replacement which was delivered, it wasn't holding its tempeture in the fridge or the freezer. We ended up with milk shakes instead of ice cream.

Lots of neat and useful draws. The right door has a great door-in-door which is great for those frequently used items

This fridge is fantastic! I love all of the space that allows me to organize everything.

fridge is enormous. the extra compartments allow extra storage. the pull out drawer adds to the freezer space nicely

Bought my fridge a little over a year ago and it quit working. Good thing I had a Geek Squad extended warranty. I ONLY WISH. It's been 10 days since I first called Geek Squad and I'm told it could be another 10 days before they have the parts to repair. While usually a patient person 20 days without a fridge is not really acceptable...

Great refrigerator. Offers maximum storage without waste. Love the pull out refrigerated snack drawer the best.

This refrigerator ROCKS! The best thing on it is the middle drawer that can keep whatever temperature you want.

This refigerator is very well laid out. the refrigerator has a slide out in addition to a retractable portion of a shelf for storing larger items. the unit also has an intermediate drawer which can be set up as additional refrigerator or freezer space. The freezer holds a large volume of items and has 2 slide outs to store easily accessible items. The ice cube maker is somewhat small, but works fine fore a family, plan on purchasing extra ice for a party.

This is a very nice refrigerator. Plenty of room for all your needs.

Less than 2 years after buying the face panel peeled up. Now less than 4 years the ice maker stopped working and now the entire refrigerator is not working correctly.

I bought this refrigerator after it was returned by a previous owner. It looked like they could not fit it through their door opening. Could not beat the discounted price and sales person was excellent. The doors were easy to take off and put back on after getting it in my home.

This is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever owned!!! Although it's bright stainless it stays very clean of smudges & prints! Best organization of a fridge I've ever seen, not an inch wasted. The ice/water in the door has been perfected! Ice doesn't fly out everywhere!!! Water & ice stop when you stop-I know amazing right!! You can tell I am in love❤️ I love my new fridge & Best Buy they have the best prices, product & service!

3 new compressors in less than 32 months. Tech has given up on repairing. Now trying to argue with LG to get money back. Even when it worked it was noisy and ice maker was iffy at best. Best Buy no help. Buy anything but an LG product.

Great refrigerator ice maker works perfect lots of space . Very convenience front door love it!!

Bought the LG fridge french door. The thing never worked. Then found out there is a class action suit on all samsung and LG compressor. Do not buy them.
