This refrigerator is definitely not user friendly. It doesn't show the actual temperatures, rather shows the setpoints and they are too easily changeable. I have children that love to touch things. It's actually more difficult to change between cubed and crushed ice than it is to change temperature setpoints. Also, the lights on the drawers are always lit. All of them. Always. Doesn't seem very energy efficient to me. Plus, during delivery, the guys had to remove the doors and drawers. They didn't plug the small drawer in correctly, so it had no temperature selection until I fixed it. And the troubleshooting app doesn't work, either. I'm not impressed at all. For the price I paid, this thing should be everything I've ever wanted in a kitchen appliance.

For quality, this is just great. Inside LED lighting in both fridge and freezer make it easy to see what you're looking for. Plenty of shelf space with multiple storage drawers in freezer. Love the inner door/outer door feature. Crushed ice or cubed, the dispenser takes a minute to get used to but works fine. Caveat is this is a beast for space, but this is a small consideration on a quality utility like this one.

This product fits all my groceries nicely, and I can see every item easily. It's beautiful and everyone in the family loves it. So far there is no problems, except for one minor thing. I have to close the door lightly or it doesn't close. But I'm learning the trick.

It's a very great fridge! Lots of compartments and lots of space for everything we need.

This is a $4000 refrigerator that has had nothing but problems since purchased. I had to have this item repaired yearly whether is was the ice maker, freezer, electronics and the actual refrigerator. The repair guy who specializes in LG said the LG brand of appliances are pretty much all he gets call for. I purchased all LG appliances for my Kitchen and regret this daily. When this finally dies to the point that it doesnt make sense to fix, I will NOT be purchasing LG. Stick to TVs and cell phones

Great fridge lots of storage great value for the price.

Great fridge space. Freezer has special drawer that fits pizza's and the lower freezer packs a lot of food. The fridge holds a ton of food. However make sure you buy the model with the special front door . If not , there is no room for milk jugs

Have had continuing temperature issues. Motherboard had been replaced with limited success and other service work done. Must set refrigerator temperature to max cold of 33F to stay below 40F. Any higher setting results in refrigerator temp above 40F. Currently best temperature in refrigerator is 42F. Not good for food. Bought 5 year warranty in 2016. That was the best choice.

This refridgerator has more than enough space. I would totally recommend it.!

I'm used to a much larger refrigerator. The door shelves are not very deep, can't store many things everything has to go inside the refrigerator. I'm not fond of the pull out freezer doors but it will do, just not a lot of storage space.

This refrigerator is beautiful and works great so far. My wife loves it and that is what matters most. It was slow to get to temps, and we were just about ready to call to have it picked up but then it started to finally get cold and make ice. So don't call too soon it took longer than I thought it should. It is an awesome unit, and best rated by consumer reports. We love it.
