I would have given it an excellent rating but for the right door. You have to push harder, (I don't know how to put it) to make sure it is closed.

Great temperature control. Small ice capacity. The easy access door button seems to be taking extra pressing after the first couple of weeks.

Love this fridge! The extra drawer is perfect for eggs and butter. I do miss the bigger door compartments for condiments. Love the energy 'magic' door for those who stand with door open constantly. Beautiful to look at and so easy to keep clean.

Love the French doors and the eye level refrigerator part when you open the doors. The 3 crispers drawers slide so easily plus the extras drawer below are great with the temperature you can choose.

I love everything about this fridge. The only problems are that I think that LG should have another collapsible shelf in it and my wife didn't notice a tiny scratch on the door. Also there is a little ice build up on the door to the freezer.

According to the repair people, LG shipped this with a condenser that works with R600 refrigerant and put in R134. This causes the plastic parts to break and melt through out the freon line. I have gone 3 weeks without a frig as they keep trying to replace parts and decide they cannot fix it.

I love the new fridge. It is a huge item just make sure you have space. The only thing I don't like the water dispenser doesn't have a light on it and it splashes water in the front.

This is a very large fridge with lots of features. My only complaint is that it is somewhat hard to reach the back of the fridge.

Ice machine needs to be bigger. You run out of ice way too fast but other than that, I like it

While the depth might be too much for standard cabinets the fridge is great. Easily accessible. The Ice maker and water dispenser does not take away from the interior space. And great utilization of racks on the doors. Love it.

We have owned this fridge for 4 years and currently waiting on a technician for the 5th time. This unit has went out and quit cooling 3 different times. Which means we have lost all of our groceries 3 different times. With this issue it is going to take over a month to get it repaired.

Condenser went out after only 3 years. Tons of food went bad.

We love this refrigerator so far, only thing we did not like is the door water spout is alittle to short but that's it so far

Compressor went out after only 3 1/2 years - 4 years old.

We have had this refrigerator for 2 weeks.We are enjoying it. .So far no known complaints. Only time will tell more aspects good or ????? Hopefully positive comments and praise in the future. Good luck to us and future buyers..

Bought it as our old one was giving us problems. 2 weeks later had a surprise visit from our kids. The fridge held all of the food for almost a week and a half for all 7 of us, and never broke a sweat. We love it completely!

Very nice fridge with enough space for a growing family. Purchased for a kitchen remodel, and had to plan a recesses in the wall based on the depth of the fridge. Glad we decided on it before! It would not have fit otherwise.

I did my homework and compared other products but decided on this one for the high quality & design, consumers report recommended and have other LG products that have been reliable.

It is shiny outside and cold inside. Water and ice are also cold. Magnets stick to the side. My favorite magnet is a pickle.

we like the in-door ice maker, no more condensation/mold for us! the multi-panel, multi door system makes it easy to keep foods fresh and snacks for the kids easily accessible. we expect to enjoy this unit for many years!
