    We returned this refrigerator because it had frost on the seal in the refrigerator and the ice machine door vibrated. Very disappointed since I was so excited to get this model. Ended up changing to a Samsung refrigerator and love it.

    Terrible product being marketed as top of the line. In three years of service it has had three catastrophic failures. 1st - 14 months 2nd - 18 months 3rd - 7 months......

    Two times the compressor has been replaced need a fridge that tells me the temp on the in side so I can put my food in coolers. Both times I took over a week to get it fixed

    I have never purchased an LG appliance before and will never again. The parts are expensive and customer service leaves much to be desired. I'm glad I bought a protection plan but it doesn't help much when u have to wait weeks for parts for a crucial appliance in your home.
