Love my new refrigerator...makes me happy to open and see how beautiful it looks inside. Very easy to organize your food. The half door saves so much energy. The pull out freezer drawers helps greatly to locate alot of small items. LOVE IT!!!!

We checked the reviews and this refrigerator gave us the best bang for our buck. Great lighting, clean stainless look, awesome compartments and the location of the filter are great features. The door-in-door is great and we use the middle drawer for beverages. Make sure you have a door that is at least 36" wide or wider. If you don't have a door this big, you are not getting this refrigerator in your house. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

The fridge works well and I like all the features. It's large and great on storage. I love the door in door, half shelf option, the small storage bins and the large open shelf on the bottom. I like that you can adjust the temperature of the middle drawer. Only downfalls are: it dings easily, it is not finger print resistant and the freezer sliding drawers can be hard to open when freezer is full.

This thing is amazing. We love it and have had no issues with it in 2 years. Makes great ice and can keep up with a full house if you use the Ice Plus feature. The door-in-door feature is great for putting things you access frequently in the door and you don't have to open the whole fridge to get stuff. Tons of room and easy to change filters. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fridge.

I wanted this fridge for 3 years and finally broke down and got it.I LOVE the middle drawer to make it easy for my kids to get their lunches ready and for snacks

This LG refrigerator is outstanding. The best thing about this fridge is the size, which is great for our family. The strength of this refrigerator is great and will not break down with weight on the shelves. The middle drawer is great for having fruits/vegetables pre-cut and bagged, ready to eat. The door-in-door design is terrific, as the kids drink a lot of milk and it keeps them from having to open the entire fridge door and letting most of the coolness out. If you are looking for a refrigerator that is big enough for your family, you should look at this fridge.

We love this fridge. The doors open and close so smoothly. My favorite door is the little one between the fridge and freezer. It holds my sodas at 34 deg, cheese, cold cuts and other cold stuff. There are two sliders in the freezer to make it easy to access our frozen foods. My second favorite door is the door in the door. It holds a gallon of milk and other items that are used a lot; it is wonderful. Water is a little awkward but it is separate from the ice chute which eliminates the need to push buttons. You do have to change your glass position though.

This is my second door-in-a-door refrigerator. I left my first one in a home we sold. I loved it so much that I had to buy a second one. This one is a step up in features (and price) from the first one. I really appreciate the changes that were made. Replacing the interior drawer with a second outside drawer was genius. It means even less opening of the large upper doors which is convenient AND energy saving. The ice maker is convenient and easy to access if problems arise. Overall, an excellent refrigerator.

Great space, love the smaller ice maker in the door. Love the door in door. We would like the shelves to be a able to adjust more for the taller items.

Refrigerator meets all my expectations - roomy, bright and easy to access everything. Just wish I could have gotten it in black.

Only had it a short time. Lots of room to find items. Door in door, is a nice feature. One can open the outer door to get commonly used items without letting out the cold air from the large compartment. The chest type freezer has two sliding shelves so all the frozen food is not barried at the bottom making you have to dig to look for items like the old style. The ice maker is in the door and does not take up a lot of space in the refrigerator.

My wife is very happy with this refrigerator. Loves the door in door feature and the overall storage capacity. Unique water/ice dispenser works great.

Due to Covid, I was unable to "see" this refrigerator before purchasing. Knowing that LG generally has a good product, I decided on this one. The freezer compartment is roomy with several shelves so I've been able to separate my items for easier visibility. The extra door which allows one to reach the butter, milk, and various condiments is great, without having to open the whole refrigerator. Overall, I am well pleased with this purchase.

After 13 months, the compressor failed. LG replaced it and two years later, it failed again. LG replaced it, again. Now, three years later, the compressor has failed a third time! This will be the fourth compressor they’ve put in it, if they ever do. We’ve been waiting for over a month now and still have no working refrigerator! I’m beyond angry! Add to this that the black stainless coating is now peeling on all four doors at the edges and it’s safe to say that, no, I would strongly advise against buying an LG refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator and all the extras it has. The blk stainless goes well with my other blk appliances. I’m using the door in door more than I thought I would. Love that this model has smaller doors- they’re lighter and easier to open. The extra drawer is super useful for items used frequently. The freezer is large. Best feature is the exterior water dispenser that allows you to fill a pitcher easily. Have had the fridge for a month- so far so good! Would def recommend.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. So much room inside. No ice maker to take up room in the fridge because it is actually in the door. The moving shelves are great and plenty of room for large cartons and pitchers. There is also plenty of room in the door shelves for condiments and such. The middle drawer is so large and can be set on 4 different temperatures. Great for drinks, lunchmeat, cheese,etc. The freezer is plenty large with two pull out drawers. I would recommend this to everyone, especially those who like more space.

i have owned this fridge for about 3 years now and it has been very nice appliance. it recently stopped cooling because the compressor went out on it, which from what i was told is a very common problem with the compressor that comes in this model. Other than that i have had zero issues with it.

We bought this fridge about a month ago from Pleasant Hill, California, and we really love the storage space in it. This fridge is very sharp looking with good functionality. The mini door for quick access, external temp and functionality, as well as the convertible drawer make for a very adaptable fridge. The Pacific Sales Team was very helpful in answering questions. They were helpful in answering questions about several features. We thank them all, especially the Sales Manager Dave and his team members Dj and Jose.
