I love this refrigerator! The interior space is great. I love the french door style and the 2nd drawer feature. I'm not sure I love the door in door feature as much as I thought I would, but just takes a little while to get used to. I just wish items in the door in door compartments were more easily accessible from the inside of the fridge, without the magnetic snap door on the interior. I love the compact ice maker and most everything else! Overall I'm very happy with this refrigerator!

We are very happy with the fridge. The ice maker does not not store very much ice but overall we are satisfied. The only complaint we have is that the salesman did not do rhe oaperwork so that we would get our reward points. Customer service was no help either. We purchase a lot if items at bestbuy, but we may switch to a new store.

We have been very happy with this fridge. Lots of room and I love the extra door. I don't like how the water shoots out but it's no big deal.

This is a nice refrigerator. Lots of room and many compartments. Love that I can fit a while pizza or cake in it. However, the doors are tricky. The side with the ice maker is heavy and will spam shut. While the other side with the extra door doesn't always latch closed and will hang open unless you actually push on it. With kids this is kind of a pain.

LOVE THE DOOR IN DOOR FEATURE. LOOKS GOOD . HAS SO MUCH SPACE WITH THE ICE MAKER IN THE DOOR. AND VERY QUIET!

This is a replacement (due to lemon law) of my other exact fridge. Unfortunately, compressors in fridges (all brands) don’t last, hence LG has a 10 tear warranty on compressors. I loved the size and storage options with this model. Love the door-in-door option. Beautiful LED lighting is wonderful. Stays cold and consistent. Nice ice maker inside door does not take up space. Don’t be afraid to purchase but do buy the 3 year extended warranty.

I couldn't be happier with my LG refrigerator. I love the amount of storage space it has for food. I like the different options that the center drawer provides not to mention the extra space for items like biscuits, lunch meat and cheeses. The bottom freezer drawer is perfect with the different size trays that allows for separation of your frozen items.

Has good lighting inside and has tons of capacity. Very quiet as well. One limitation is that the amount of ice is smaller than desired.

Good thing I got the 5yr plan. We bought this fridge in 2017. After 4 months it started making a terrible noise that gets progressively worse over time (caused by ice buildup on the coil). It doesn't defrost. Geek squad comes out about every 5 months to defrost it and try to fix it. Sensors, fan motors, door parts, control boards, you name it they've changed it. They have made 5 service calls so far. They are scheduled to come again next week.....don't buy this one...

Very nice fridge. Very flexible. Had initial problem with right sub door but Geek Squad took care of it and no problems since. Only other minor issue is that on very hot and humid days, ice maker cubes tend to climb and won't discharge. Simple shake of the ice bin solves it.

Linear compression means quite performance. You will not hear the normal start and end of a freezing cycle as normal refrigerators. This fridge has the best distribution of compartments for all types of needs. The only point that I think that can be improved is the ice maker capacity. But it is more than enough for normal use.

We love this refrigerator! We put it into a new house we just built. There is lots of storage. All of the shelves in the frig are moveable to customize the storage for how you want it laid out. The flex area is nice for quick access to things like soda cans or snack items. We bought this from looking online and did not get to see it in person since it wasn't on display so we were a little hesitant. So, if you are in that situation as well don't worry, you will love it!

Lots of space, love the multiple drawers for produce, dairy, etc. Also love the extra front opening for soda storage & easy access.The water & ice dispensers work well w/ limited mess created. Wish the ice maker had a larger capacity...recently ran out during a party. Will make & stock ice ahead of time next party.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. It is nice and roomy and very well lit. The drawers in the freezer section are easy to open and close, and the entire fridge provides plenty of places for storing various things. I do wish the labels on the control panel were backlit. I also would prefer a little longer spout on the water dispenser which is on the front of the door as there is not enough room for the edge of your glass or bottle to get in behind it in order not to spray all over.

The fridge is great. Room inside was double our previous one for fridge and freezer. Bells and whistles are great but not over the top. Best Buy delivery was a little sketchy. They broke the valve turnoff on the water connection behind the fridge. Cost me $195 to get the plumber out to fix it. Pretty bad mess up.

We like the fridge but do have some complaints. 1st complaint is the door in door feature. We thought this would be great with 3 boys going through many gallons of milk a week but the milk does not keep very cold in the door in door. I then read in the book that if you want items colder put them inside the fridge. Wish I would have known that before paying extra money for that feature. 2nd complaint is more my fault but annoying that it happen. We measured the fridge and the space it was going into 10+ times knowing it may be tight. I had to cut a trim board for it to fit so we could get it in the space but we did not measure how high the hinge covers are. Turns out our upper cabinet doors above the fridge hit the hinge covers making that space now worthless. I had to remove the doors and am in the process of getting new ones built :-(

Received the refrigerator about a month ago. It runs great! Looks Great! It is very quiet. I keep the milk on the Door in Door shelf and it stays cold. Not cool but cold. The deli drawer works great. Freezer has lots of space. The Ice container is adequate. I would highly recommend this refrigerator The only drawbacks are that there is not a lot of options for shelf placement and you can't hold the door open when dispensing water or ice. (Which I have a bad habit of doing.)

I've only had this fridge for 1 month. So far, I LOVE it!! It's HUGE!! The specs say to have 36' opening...I would suggest having 37", it was a tight squeeze. I chose this item based on reviews, size, and the custom chill drawer. I didn't think I needed the door-in-door feature, but I'm getting used to it and the concept is great. It is not magnetic on the front - I'm kind of glad, this thing is so pretty, I don't want it cluttered with papers.

We love our new LG Refrigerator, it is very spacious and we also love the door-in-door feature.

This refrigerator is very good for families that keep a lot of food on hand. The pull out drawer is excellent for keeping snack items handy especially for kids as they don't have to get into the upper portion. The easy access top door is also great for keeping drinks and items you use all the time easy to get to. It's been quiet so far and the ice maker and water dispenser both work great.
