I bought this phone because I didn't want a smart phone. The phone is good for calls and texting and I do like the slide-out keyboard. However, the phone has some issues such as it does not delete messages easily - I have to go through one by one to delete and there are a couple that I haven't been able to delete at all. Despite the touch screen, the phone doesn't have a lot of usable extra features -Internet and apps are tedious to navigate. The camera is average quality and the touch screen is sensitive so I have to keep the phone locked when not in use.

This is a great 1st phone to get your kids... It has a touch screen so they can look relatively "cool", but you don't have to go with a data package worrying about all that entails for young kids. The phone has a lot of neat features and an awesome slide-out for texting. My daughter goes to town with that with her BFFs and her Mom. ;0) Although this little number is no iPhone 6, it still rocks!

Good phone to get used to touch screen. No dropped calls & easy to operate.

Bought for my grandma. Wanted to have a touch screen with a keyboard, but didn't want to have to pay additional fees every month. Certainly not the best out there, but it hasn't given us any issues. It is just a basic phone with basic qualities.

Easy to use multi function phone. Touch screen and slide out keyboard capabilities encourage users of all ages.

Unfortunately there is not much to choose from for basic phones. This was the best offered for someone who wants a qwerty board. Would prefer a flip phone like the Samsung one I had. Long battery life so far. Gone three to five days without having to recharge. Easy to text.

Slide out qwerty keyboard makes for easy texting. Great choice if you don't want a full smart phone.

This cellphone works well for me because it has the slide-out keyboard.

This is a well built phone, with a great keyboard. It's perfect for a person that doesn't need a data plan. Great call reception with easy texting. Highly recommended.

Not a full feature phone but not many options available for those who like to text with a slide out keyboard.

My daughter broke her last phone and got this one as a replacement. it's a way better phone, looks nicer, works wonderfully! She is thrilled it's a touch screen

This is a really nice basic slider phone for people who prefer a full keyboard. There aren't many phones in this group, but its exactly what I like. I am totally satisfied and the phone works great. The only negative I could come up with is that the body of the phone itself is curvy and sleek but this makes it a little slippery...sort of like trying to hold onto a wet bar of soap!

I debated about a smart phone but it was too complicated. This is a good inbetween phone that allows me to send pictures and text easier than my old phone but isn't as overwhelming as going from a basic phone to a smart phone. I like the little keyboard which I never had before.

Very versatile; slideout QUERTY keyboard is a must for big fingers; large screen provides awesome display.

I got this phone for my grandma who is 76 and just learned to text last year.she wanted a phone with a keyboard on it and once she learned the ins and outs of the phone she is a texting wizard lol

Nice to have touch screen without needing a data plan

I purchased this phone for my young daughter. She easily started using it without the instructions. She likes the slide open keyboard, and the color! Only drawback is that it is easy to pocket dial people.

This is a good start phone for my 12 yr old daughter without major frills. I limited uses to talk and text only with limitations.
