Don't like phone, it won't stay off in your pocket

Should not be called a "phone"
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While this device is able to perform a number of tasks, it seems making phone calls reliably is not among them. This phone was used for about a month, so it was "given a chance". My mother, the user, ended up just texting instead of using it for calls because the audio quality was so horrible on the recipient's end. I don't know if it was the phone's microphone or an antenna/transmission issue, but it was impossible to carry a normal conversation with her, and everyone she called had the same complaint. We ended up buying a smartphone which ended up costing $10 extra per month. It was well worth it. My advice to anyone is don't waste your time, money, or upgrade on this phone.
