A Flawed And Unuseable Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this dishwasher! I am a big fan of other LG appliances but this one is terrible. When you pull out the bottom dish rack it comes off the rails 100% of the time. After dishes are loaded on the rack you have to twist it a certain way to get it back on track. The more dishes you load the more difficult it gets until you reach the point where you have to lift up the entire rack and place it partially back into the frame to get it on the rails. Furthermore, LG customer service was awful when I called to discuss this problem. There was no agent who had any knowledge of their dishwashers so they promised to have a product specialist call me back in 24-48 hours. Four days later I received a callback. By that time I had already arranged to replace it with a another manufacturer's product. Best Buy made the exchange easy. Unfortunately, the GE Profile replacement was defective. I have a Bosch on its way.

Nice Dishwasher
