Overall this is a great phone for the price and has a longer battery life than expected.

I've been Samsung faithful for the past two years, HTC prior to then, and iPhone prior to then. They have all had there good times and bad. I needed a changes, and wanted to upgrade my Note 2. I couldn't wait for the Note 3 and frankly, wasn't impressed with the new features other than the 3GB of Ram that it offered. Anyways, I bought this two weeks ago, this is my second one. The first handset over-heated and had a muffled sound quality, took it back, and exchanged no problems. This one is holding up nicely, so much, that I bought a case for it, which means I will keep it. The phone itself is a beast. I like to be different, and since no -one else really is looking at this, with the release of the Note 3, this is up my alley. The user interface is nice, an easy transition from the Samsung that I was used too. I have yet to feel the need to install another launcher, the UI is so nice. Something that I couldn't say about Touchwiz. The screen is amazing, in comparison to my Note 2, it wasn't close, but that was expected. 5.2" screen looks small, which it is, due to the fact that the front touch buttons are on screen all the time, cutting the screen diagonal down to 4.6"!!! I found that taking selfies using the Camera FX Zoom app, produced a blurry cartoonish picture. This happened on both devices. My Note 2 had no such issues however...It comes with 32 GB of storage (26 GB really), which isn't horrible, but I'm used to having my 64 GB microSD card for the extra storage. Guess I won't store any movies, just music and apps. A non-removable isn't a problem for me, since the battery lasts forever, and I USE my phone. I consistently had to re-charge my Note 2 at 630pest to make it until I went to sleep. The phone is fast, but I still saw a little hanging up when switching between apps and browsers. All in all, I must say that this is the best phone I've owned, with the Note 2 coming in a close second (Just because of the S-Pen functionality)...I usually flip phones every 4-6 months, got a feeling I may keep this, at least until the Galaxy S5 drops!

This is my first smartphone I was leary about getting one but it is easier to use than I imagined.

I would reccomend to anyone, tons of memory, great battery life.

Bought this phone a few months ago and loved it. My wife bought the same one when she updated a few weeks ago. Everything about it has been terrific - until the KitKat update the other day Now the battery life is much worse than it was. I am hoping a fix comes out soon. Otherwise I would still recommend highly - just keep a charger nearby.

Not even a month after purchasing the phone, my son dropped it from not too high, and broke the screen. So much for not listening to mom about getting a case right? He loved the phone up until then. He has purchased a replacement screen and is going to do his best to fix it.

For a light to moderate user this would be an awesome phone. I would definitely recommend.

My oldest teenaged daughter and I both have this phone. We absolutely love it. My other teenaged daughter has IPhone 5C and teenaged son has Samsung Galaxy S4. Everyone is pleased with their phones and would advise anyone who is considering purchasing a cellphone to go to Best Buy. Excellent customer service.

I traded it for the S4 for two reasons. Unlike the S4 you can't add an Micro SD card to increase memory capacity. Secondly I couldn't get the drivers to install properly on any of the laptops. However, this could be CPU or personal error as the same happened with the S4. At least with the S4 I could use the Samsung Kies app to connect wireless(like wifi).
