Had the g2 then got the g4 great phone my daughter loves LG

Love the phone and all the features plenty of storage

Loved this phone and all of its features, until the phone started freezing, not responding, then started shutting down and restarting on its own. After several times of this, the phone wouldn't go past the Sprint Spark screen. Took to Best Buy mobile and the associate did a hard reset. Which the phone did not go past the Sprint Spark screen. The associate advised us to call Geek Squad. We have had it over the 14 days, so we can not return the phone. He also said we may have to pay the 150.00 fee for a replacement. Which I find strange as its only 1 month old and is obviously defective.

Battery life is the key feature. No need to say more

My daughter loves the phone she has had for over a month now, but my wife got the same phone and has had to send it back to the manufacturer because it suddenly started acting up. And she babies her phone. When the Geek squad looked at it, they said they couldn't believe it had been used for a month already.

I've had the phone about a month so far and I love it. Came from Samsung Galaxy S4 and upgraded plan to 2 year plan and got phone for $1. Larger screen but fits hand well. Wonderful camera!

Purchased for a tech savvy teen who has had made no complaints to date. I like the look and feel of the phone much more than the Samsung S5 Sport I use. If the child would just do something, anything, disappointing... the phone would be mine. Either way its a win from my perspective. :p

I have always been a user of apple products but decided to venture away from them for something new. I chose the LG cause of its good reviews and liked for its nice sweet looks and design. Couldn't be happier. Thanks

This phone checks all the boxes. The only thing that stops it from being a 5 star purchase is the ocasional lag. But definitely improved in every way over the G3

Pros: good display, great camera, good battery life. Cons: screen glitches a lot, touch screen sometimes doesn't respond. If you are not connected to Wi-Fi you will not receive notifications and your upload and download speeds will be slow on the mobile network. Stick to Samsung devices. Lg G4 is a no go for me. I will be going back to the Samsung Galaxy soon as possible.

Good Phone, solid performance. To square and feels too big in hand.

The talk to text had a cliche within the first week. Had to go through several techs until one of them simply downloaded a different app

Has a great camera but horrible front flash. I've only had about a month and glitches way too much.

This is a good phone. Good size and battery. Do not like the on/off button on back combined with the volume, but still a good phone.

I purchased this for my wife and she loves it. This was a upgrade from another well known brand and we would do it all over again.
