I purchased this phone at Best Buy last July. Loved it until this past month when it froze up - would not boot, reset, nothing. Called LG and sent it in for warranty repair. They sent it back saying it had "water damage" and that nullified the warranty. I informed them that the phone had never been in water. They said that even high humidity could cause the warranty to be void. So here I am 11 months later with a dead hunk of hardware. LG, you fooled me into buying your product once, you will not fool me twice. If you buy an LG product, ignore whatever warranty they offer as they will not stand behind it.

This phone is great. The specs and physical feel are hands down the best of its generation so far.

My phone was charging overnight and when I went to use it the next morning my screen was all cracked????? The company does not stand by product on phone with them for hours. Had to pay 200 for new screen for a 2 day old phone...

I bought this phone in September 2015. After a couple of months it had an update that caused my phone to overheat and drain the battery. I took it to At&t where they reset the software i guess. It's August and now the phone suddenly decided not to turn on anymore. I had to purchase another phone and still pay continue to pay the remaining balance for the G4.

Loved this phone up until I hit the inevitable faulty motherboard boot loop issue...don't believe me just google/YouTube it. It's only a matter of time before it hits any user of the LG G4 and if it doesn't happen consider yourself extremely lucky! I've had to go through my providers insurance and warranty and am now on my third G4. I'll take the G3 which I had little to now issues with over the G4 any day!

I have had this phone since July of 2015. It was great in the beginning but I have since sent my phone in for repair 4 times and each time it came back with something new wrong with it. Wi-Fi, camera, and now charging. They refuse to replace the phone so i'm throwing this garbage away.
