The phone charger that was supplied with my new phone does not work.

The LG G4 that I have purchased has left me 100% satisfied. The phone comes in a nice white and red box. It’s very sleek and surprisingly light. I've only owned 1 smartphone before this, which was the HTC One M7 and it feels lighter. The phone is curved so it feels amazing to hold. Coming from a square phone to this, it's like heaven. The leather back definitely adds style, grip and quality. If you don't mind that it's real cow leather I would recommend you get one in your choice of color. Be warned though, some of the different leather types also have different texture. The brown/tan I chose has a smooth finish. I do not have any other experience with the other color options feel like so I implore to go to your local stores and see this phone for yourself. On the first startup, it runs a little warm; which is understandable since it's using a lot of processing power to boot everything, and set things up for the first time. After that, I haven't experienced any heating issues. I did notice the phone get a little choked up on a couple points, but that too is understandable since I was installing all my apps at one time. That issue hasn't reoccurred, either. The screen looks fantastic, and looks great in direct sunlight too. I love the UI and the icons of this phone. Usually, I hate whatever preinstalled apps phone makers install, e.g. Samsung, HTC, but LG did a fantastic job. The ones they've installed are actual apps that I'll use. One example is the notification board that tells you the weather as well as other info, or the LG Health that counts steps. Now for the best part, and what many of us are intrigued about, which is the 16-megapixel-f1.8 camera. It's safe to say that it's probably the best or the top 2 of its kind. This camera won't replace your DSLR, but it sure will put your point and shoot ones to shame. I need more time to play around with the manual mode, but simple/auto produces some nice pictures. On top of that, LG did a fantastic job in arranging the UI for the manual mode. All in all, this phone is worth it, especially since this is $100-200 cheaper than other flags ship devices; I'm looking at you, Samsung. If you're like me and you don't upgrade your phone every year, then this phone might be it for you. Not only does it have expandable microSD storage, but also a removable battery. This is big coming from an HTC One M7, which didn't have expandable microSD storage or a removable battery. Using my One for 3 years has made the battery inefficient, but now no longer do I have to worry. I can just go order another battery pack if anything happens to my LG G4, unlike HTC, Apple or Samsung. As of yet, I have no gripes besides the speakers being in the back. In short, this phone is great. I don't care about "premium build quality" (Glass and Aluminum). I care about practicality, and this phone hits it right on the mark. If you get the leather back, it feels 10 times more premium than any other phone I've touched. The camera is fantastic, the screen is bright and colorful, the curved nature of the phone makes it easy to hold and on top of that, it's at a great price compared to other brands.

For some odd reason this phone which I bought for my girlfriend is acting up. It shuts off and on. FYI I pay for the geeks squad protection. They told me and I'll quote "factory reset the phone."... What solution is that to an issue? Maybe is just Best Buy getting defected items. I don't know I don't care all I know is that I feel like my money has no value. Thanks Best Buy, for giving me the opportunity to review an item I just bought also bought a Otter case with it. For it to break in less than a month $700 wasted oh well I got loyal customers than appreciate my business I'm sure I'll buy her a note 5 but not use your business anymore.

Its a nice phone when you figure out how to use it

The phone failed within one month of purchase but naturally more than 14 days and hence was beyond the Best Buy return time frame. Luckily, I had insurance from cell provider and was able to get the phone replaced with a new one.

This phone came up with big positive reviews but if you look up in google now you will see that it has a serious flaw. When in the vertical position half of the screen freezes for no reason. As the days go by it happens more and more to the point that is almost inoperable. No reboot will work, I will return it this weekend.

After only 2 weeks the phone kept overheating and shutting down. Contacted Best Buy but they would not exchange because it was more than 7 days even though I am a Rewards member for another so had to go through Sprint to get a replacement. No problem with the actual phone since I chose to replace with the same model - just disappointed with Best Buy for not stepping up and handling the issue.

This phone is perfect in every way. Operation is straight forward, logical and informative. Battery is fairly short lived but I plug it each night with no problems. It is the best purchase I have made in many years. Kudos to Best Buy and Bianca, the sales rep.

I know the new G5 is coming out real soon but I do love this phone. I had the LG G2 before and it worked great and this phone improves upon and continues to work great as well. I highly recommend the LG phones for anyone looking for a new smart phone.

I have had this phone for 34 days and it has locked up twice on me. Took it to best buy today and was told the os is corrupt and i need to send it to LG. I called LG and was told i would be without a phone for at least two weeks. This is defiantly the last LG product i will ever buy and i will tell everyone i know not to deal with LG. I would have gave 0 stars but that is not an option here.

Bought for my granddaughter and phone froze. Glad I put the insurance on it.

The duel windows feature and fast screencapture functions are everything!

I purchased two phones. Within a week the phones were shutting down and turning up again. I had to take out the battery and replace it to get it started again. I was able to exchange one for another phone. The other one I had to send it back to the company.

Phone died, had to return it. Glad it happened within 14 day return policy. Would enter zero star rating if allowed to do so. Third G4 to have problems in my family in as many weeks.

so far everything is good needed new phone but did not have time to wait for release of newer version

I had the phone for about a month, and the screen stopped working. Had to send to LG for repairs. Not happy with this product at all!!!
