Easy to use. Does everything that I need it to do.

I upgraded to this phone from an older smartphone. I love it! Takes getting used to having the power button in the back but very user friendly. The case is metal and sturdy.

Love this phone, had this guy for over 2 weeks and have no complaints.

Love my phone upgraded from lgg3 but disappointed with the rapid discharge of the battery. Mostly use it for work and once the calls and texts start rolling in I am glad I have the other battery to swap with.

Phone works way better than my previous experience with android devices. Switched from iphone due to costs & we are pretty happy with this so far

Great phone wife's died within a week and the guy's at best buy mobile in Flint Michigan took care of us. Charge cord shorted out and the stores mobile and main did not have any in stock.

I hope to buy this phone for everyone in our family but unfortunately our contract and allow it. My daughter really enjoys the phone and I look forward to when we can get them as well.

I love my new LG phone after owning HTC phones for 10 years... change it's always good. Love all the features and the power button on the back and of course the fingerprint sensor.

Got it when the special Sprint deal was $1 (yes one dollar) for an LG G5 upgrade...very happy with the phone...the phone upgrade service people at Best Buy were fast, no pressure, and friendly...everything worked ---I left the building with no problems.

The phone is a solid alternative to other top selling phones and having the option to having a spare battery is a definite plus.

This is a great phone. LG did a lot of upgrading and improving with this phone. As good as the Samsung or better on all levels except one. Battery life does lack on this phone.

Not only a great phone, but got the battery pack/charger/2nd battery and a free LG 32" smart TV with the purchase. But battery life is not improved over my previous LG G2/

Very functional. Not used to having to have a different charger but i am glad that it comes with an adaptor for the microusb

Phone would not turn on after less than a month after purchase. Had service agreement w/Best Buy, so phone was replaced and no problems with it! Very satisfied overall.

Great Phone! I previously owned the LGG3. The only issue ive had with this LGG5 is that sometimes it will reboot on its own.

This little 600 and somethin dollar phone is a piece of junk. I had a s6 active before this and switched to Sprint so I couldn't get the s7 active which is a drag. I paid full price up front when I got the g5 and the first couple weeks I thought my problem was just getting use to it. Now wrong I was. Its the glitchiest phone I've ever seen. Not to mention some apps it came with don't even work!!#! Like smart cleaning. Now that's just stupid. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!! THANKS LG FOR JUNK.

My next phone will be different. The phone is more basic than I thought. Concerned to use Samsung because of faulty phone and iPhones are EXTREMELY too expensive.

This phone has performed great so far. I have purchased two of them. Couldn't beat the price at best buy I paid one dollar for them. No complaint as of now.

Love the phone!! Battery life is crummy, but that's why you get an extra one.
