The phone seems overly complicated and tends to "lose" apps and phone numbers. The issue is the screen doesn't lock as well as the others and is easily manipulated without knowing it.

Its a great phone. I love all the feautures.a must

After a little over a week it stopped charging. It would be plugged in for 15 minutes and only go up 2%, the screen was very dull and lacked detail. The Camera was awful and the screen would lag when trying to take pictures leading to more blurry pictures than usable ones. Awkward button placement and the power button on the back led to many instances where you accidentally turn of the screen. I was hoping for a nice change after my Note 7 had to be returned, but this was garbage.

The phone is okay, it's just when you make calles it breaks up and can't hear the other person at times of a phone call.

Phone works great for one day and then it would not take a charge or turn back on so I exchanged for a Samsung

I have a problem with the touch screen...it's hard for me to answer the phone as I have to swipe too hard to do so

Disgusted waste of money lack of accessories not worth the money would not recommend to anyone

1st one wouldn't hold a charge and had to return within a week, 2nd one good so far

Horrible phone, Started to boot loop inside of a couple of weeks of buying it!

Bootlooped and crashed in store. 2nd one no better. Went to a different phone.

I took it back and got the v20 and glad I did it was ok but v20 is better for me

Purchased this phone the first day it came out and gave it two weeks of use before i made final thoughts. Pros: So far it has been an amazing phone for everything i throw at it. Camera takes clear photos even when zoomed too the max. Speaker is clear and loud when playing music. Runs fast for every app i have used so far. Screen is great and turning brightness down is almost unvisable to wife when laying In bed. Great so i don't keep her up. Charger is quick most of the time.when not using certain apps battery last all day with no issues Cons: Didn't receive extra battery with purchase was told i had to go through lg but they rejected claim saying best buy wasnt valid for offer. Can't find a tempered glass screen protector that fits right. Gone through 6 different brands so far. Certain apps kill battery. If using apps while charging i gain 1% every 20min. Can't find modules for sale locally which makes the modular phone just a marketing ploy. Cant get phone to tell me who is calling in bluetooth headset. Purchased lg tone with phone. Cant get my wife's note 4 to do it no problem. All in all a great phone coming from a loyal samsung user from the instinct up until note 4.

Camera is fuzzy at times and the video does not pic up the audio very well

I just expected more and wasn't as impressed as I thought I was gonna be.
