After using LG5 for a couple of month I find that it meets all my needs.

Worst phone ever. Worked 2 months, still had to pay full price.

Phone gets 1 star out of 5,wish I never bought 2 of them

The phone is okay. It seems to me more of a beginner phone.

The issues with this phone were from the beginning.

Stick with Samsung.Phone is not like advertisement

Plug in from phone to cord doesn't work properly after only owning it for to weeks. It's so loose it just falls out, and will only charge on a slow charge. Not happy with this phone.

I have had a G3 since 2014, switched to LG from Motorola. I have never even given Motorola a second thought since I switched. The G5 I purchased is a Christmas gift for my wife. She has had a Samsung Galaxy S3 since 2013. She absolutely LOVES the G5!!! The screen is amazing, the sound is well above par, it is fast, has lots of memory (I did add a 32GB SD card for picture storage). She told me that she is much happier with the G5. You will be very happy if you choose this phone.

Purchased this phone it's a very good phone the only problem was it kept losing charge but maybe I just got a bad phone. I still would recommend it cause it has good specs on it.

The phone hasnt turned on since the 2nd week, we were over the "Best Buy" time frame to return it and were forced to turn it in the LG, sent it away they said it was fixed. Still will not work. Hours invested and paying for product we cant use. Its unfortuate Best Buy does not stand behind the product they choose to sell. Especially when we are talking less than a month. We have 4 phones we buy yearly we will never purchase anything again from Best Buy. Again dealing with LG which is not getting us anywhere.

I don't understand how we got so lucky to have gotten the one that dies in a couple of days, but Best Buy took care of it.

I bought this phone for my son. It stopped working just shy of having it one month. I was given the run arounds and was not given a new phone because it was past the 14 days. Now it has to be sent back to LG for repair.

It's a good phone, just not great quality so I returned it :(

I bought the phone for my mother who is in her late 60s. A few days after purchasing the phone it shut off and would not turn back on. We had to return to the store to have it fixed, however they were unable to determine the problem. We replaced the phone with Samsung Galaxy.

i had the phone for 30 days and it started going through boot loop problems after about 2 weeks. it recovered from 2 of the boot loops on 2 different occasions, but the last one, it never recovered and i had to send it off to LG to be repaired.

The phone stopped working less than one month old and you have to send to Dallas area to get fixed. It takes at least 8-10 working days after receipt to receive fixed phone.

Got as a replacement to my lg4, screen splint within first hour. Google the effect and learn why anynother phone is better. Stay away.

Make no mistake, this is the Best Deal going on for a brand new phone, add the extra battery and no other brand beats it. Phone works great and has very nice new features. Hopefully the build quality will last more than the 1 yr LG warranty. Accessories are real cheap on Ebay. (ex.Otterbox Commuter $7.99 new). Get one before there gone if you need a phone.

Very slow not worth the money I was forced to get the phone cause geek squad broke my phone
