So far, so good. Phone has large screen, great picture and sound. And memory expansion, one of the reasons we chose this phone. Samsung stopped allowing SD cards, just like iPhone.

This phone has the most amazing camera among all cellphones. Really fast without crashing. It's not water resistant but you can buy a lifeproof case and your problem is solve

I always upgrade my cell phone at BBY. It's rhe only store that gives out a large giftcard during the holidays. I hope BBY keeps the gift cards out during the holidays. I'll keep upgrading my cell phone at BBY during the holidays aa ling as BBY keeps giving them out.

I love my phone, but have discovered if you stay too long on a screen you will have ghost images when you move on. Was not happy to learn that it is typical of this type of screen.

LG is one of the best product out there and for this g5 for $168. You can't go wrong with that. Overall phone function great. Recommend for anyone starter or intermediate user.

Very fast and easy to use Android Phone. Battery life will last an entire day. Practical timing, not by the minute. Video and sound are above what I expected.

this particular phone I received was not functioning properly so it was returned to the store in which I exchanged it for a different color version and that is working properly.

Bought this to replace recalled note 7. It doesnt have all the same features but camera is nice, battery life is good and overall am happy with the purchase.

Good phone, only draw back was that I was having a problem with the battery on one of the LG G5 but I was able to fix it with no problems. Other than that everything is good.

have been using LG G2, 4 and now on G5. in 2 years i have seen LG has increased the quality to higher standard. their support is great just in case you have issues on device.

Got the phone for my son to replace his 2yr old G2. He loves the larger screen and enhanced features over the G2. Great upgrade at an excellent price.

I would give this phone 5 stars if it wasn't for the charger. I truly enjoy this phone and totally recommend it. The battery life is great even in roaming and I haven't had to change to the spare battery. I switched from my Samsung phone which I had been a Samsung user for years to LG after Samsung no longer has removable battery. My only complaint is the charging port. Wish it was micro usb like most of the rest.

I got this phone for $120 on installment plan and you just can't beat that. It has both removable battery and microSD card support which is very important to me. The design is not the greatest but I use cases so it hides its ugly looks.

I'm impressed with the storage space, ease of use, and camera. We were at a holiday lights event at night and it took crystal clear photos! :)

The phone is easy to use. I just don't like the power button on the back of the phone

I purchased this phone for my son and he loves it. He's a gamer and is thrilled at the screen size and the quality of the pictures he takes.

So far so good. The camera is amazing! I'm happy with it! I've had it about a month. Battery- long lasting. Sound-fine. Camera-excellent.

This is my 5th replacement phone. The last LG model stopped working before the 1 year warranty and all of the replacements did not work upon arrival.
