I am a mobile developer and I write a lot of custom software on my phone for my own use. I was concerned any new device I got wouldn't be able t handle all of the work I am doing. The LG G5 came about as close as possible. The IR Blaster works with the AnyMote software I bought and the custom routines I have written with it and the majority of the Tasker work I build transferred over. I was surprised how loud the speaker is...and the music stays clear at higher volumes. While the phone is fast, the device is not perfect. The biggest problem I have is that it doesn't connect to my car's bluetooth well. I have done research and found out that is true for the majority of G5 owners, and not just limited to some vehicles.

I like this phone, very slim and easy to carry in pocket. Good camera. Audio is above average.

I've never been a big fan of any one phone company. I've had Motorolas, HTC, Samsung, and now this LG. The phone itself is very slim, but it does have a decent screen size. It's kind of nice how it's easy to remove the battery, but I don't think that feature improves the overall experience. Interesting design, but I wonder how 'useful' it really is. The phone does run quite smoothly, and the screen is bright and colorful. The button in the back is a bit weird at first, but I got used to it within the first few days. If you can get a good deal on this phone, and you don't mind having a bit of an 'offbrand' type of phone, this is a good choice. But it is a bit quirky. If you are picky about your phones, you may be better off looking elsewhere. It's the kind of phone that doesn't do anything bad, but it doesn't do anything really to set itself apart from the competition.

I upgrated from an LG G3 and its well worth it. Great battery life and very fast changing.

I like this phone. Good storage space, easy to get use to and has good sound (voice calls and music playback). Also it is pretty fast with the apps installed and does not have any freezing issue that I found. I recommended this phone to a coworker and she enjoys it also.

LG G5 phone is very user friendly. Camera takes very clear pictures. Very satisfied.

Not the fastest phone, but fast enough. Not the brightest screen, but bright enough. Camera is fantastic. No issues overheating. Battery lasts a long time, and charges quickly. Really no complaints, especially for the price (1 penny on 2 year contract with Sprint).

My son had been having problems with his mobile, so it was time to replace it. My son liked his LG phone, so I looked at LG phones. It seemed that Best Buy had the best deal on the G5, while others resellers were trying to push the latest and greatest, however this phone has features like replacement batteries and memory upgrades available My son indicates battery life is pretty good also.

I really like that this phone has a replaceable battery. I didn't realize not all phones had them and the battery of my last phone stopped holding a charge after a year. With my cell phone plan it would have been very expensive to replace the phone after one year. So in my opinion a replaceable battery is a necessity. So glad the LG G5 has one. It is a great phone and takes nice pictures.

A sleek and stylish phone. Perform really well and affordable.

I never thought of LG as a phone maker but the G5 is nice. I got this to replace my Note 3 and it's great. It's a little smaller but not by much. I am very happy I got this for my self. My wife even likes it and thinks she may get get one also.

Still figuring out all the features of the phone but I am very happy with this device! Very easy to use, love the cameras on the phone! Also very pleased with the fast charging.

The battery life is amazing and the ease of use is a big plus.

Good battery life, nice size screen with good resolution

I came from a Samsung s5 and while I miss the water proof ability having a phone I can just change the battery on as it ages is important. The phone is as fast as the Samsung s7 (gf has) and the usb c port that I can plug in any way I want is a plus. Over all would recommend but if you think LG will be big into the modules it looks like the two at launch are all they will be making :(
