Upgraded from older LG phone. Love clarity of photos. There is ease of install/uninstall apps. All sites I previously had easier to work with.

Picked up the LG-G5s to upgrade our LG-G2s after 4 years. So far we they have out performed my expectations. I have always had good experiences with LG products. BestBuy Sales People made the transfer smooth. All our contacts and pictures were swapped for us in the store. Thanks to the BestBuy staff.

I went from Apple to LG because I was so tired of the phone having all the updates. This phone is great! Great graphics and camera. The only thing I am still getting use to is the power button on the back. I wish there was more than just that way to turn it on.

great phone, but the headphone jack receptor is very off, and my headphones constantly fall out while running. tried over 3 different headphones. seams to be a futuristic setup for bluetooth headphones, which i'm not to fond of after paying hundreds of dollars. i should have all the basics given to me, without question.

Good phone for the price. Battery life is good. Service is good no droped calls.

I have been loyal to HTC for many years and was only looking at the 10 for an upgrade. I tried out the 10, but wasn't too impressed. (similar to my M8, but I lost the IR sensor) I decided to try the G5 instead and am so glad I did! It is fast, smooth, and the battery lasts and lasts.

Bought this for my senior mother in law and she loves it. Easy to use phone and has the option for larger text and larger app sizes.

Moved from the LG G2 to the G5- read tons of reviews before switching- AMAZING upgrade! Love the G5's camera and battery power. Excellent price from best buy that Sprint can't ever match. This is the second phone I've bought from BB, excellent prices with even better service.

Bought for Mom. Easy to use for older people, but feature-rich for the tech-savvy. Seems to be much better than the G3. Sleek profile, great performance so far. Call quality is satisfactory.

I have had the phone for just over half a year, and it has been performing very well so far. I especially like the dual cameras, and the quick charge features. My only issue with the phone is that the fingerprint scanner stopped working recently. It no longer appears it the phone's settings; I think it may be because of a firmware update, but I am unsure of that.
