Bought refurbished in Jan 2019 and still going strong. I like this model due to slender width (for holding with short fingers) to replace a Samsung s7 edge. I loved Samsung a long time but i hated the 7. The last LG I owned was the G3 whoch I had nicknamed The Brick because it was indestructible way back then. This one's just as good.

This is the type of product that only time will tell of its quality. But for now, it is as described.

Very nice phone from LG. Coming from a G3 and this is exactly what I needed. Love that you still have the option to swap out the battery.

The camera works well, the reception abilities are marginal an the battery life is terrible.

The LG G5 is a big step up from my former HTC phone, but has a few odd things that took time to figure out. There's no owner's manual, so you have to download one or use the quick start booklet and guess. I like that you can tap the front twice quickly to turn it on - handy if your hands are dirty. The camera is better too.

Bought this phone in a pinch because I broke my Samsung galaxy phone. It's been ok but when you have many apps open it tends to crash. Also the LG emojis are terrible and they give no option to change them to different style. The worst thing is the charger port seemed to have a defect after less than 3 months of use, it stopped taking a charge after trying 3 different chargers! Come on LG.

The G5 is a great, feature-filled phone with minimal bloatware, and plenty of power. This is my first phone with a fingerprint scanner, and I will never go back to a phone without it! I also love using Android Pay, by tapping my phone to terminals at stores/restaurants/etc. However... It has a somewhat noticeable ghosting problem on the screen that has developed in the month since I've owned it. I didn't even know this was possible, since it's an LCD screen. I will be seeing if I can get a replacement for it shortly, as I likely got part of a bad batch. From what I can tell, only some owners have this issue after looking online.

The LG G5 was on sale at a deep discount. It is a worthy competitor to Samsung. The battery swap feature is nice.

I had an LG G3 before it crashed and was very happy with it, Decided to stay with the LG family, great phone

Good design..Don't like Verizon bloatware but can't complain for its price
