    Worked fine for 28 days, and then the volume button stopped working. Took it to Verizon, they told me to take it back to Best Buy. Best Buy made me buy Geek Squad for 159, just to have the product shipped for free. This will be the last time I make a purchase from Best Buy.

    After I bought this It would not activate for me and had to return it. Found out I could have got the G6 for the same price through Verizon as they were running a promo so I went with that instead.

    I loved this phone from the moment i first saw it. Now after a couple of months i think i made the wrong decision. The phone doesn't hold a charge, it gets super hot when the battery starts to drain. And the only thing LG will do is fix it, and leave me without a phone for who knows how long. For a 3 month old phone they should replace it with a new one, especially as they are so over priced to begin with.

    I had many Android phones with all major carriers, and this is by far the worst phone I had. The bloatware app actually pushes more bloatware to your phone continuously. It is a nightmare. I'll never buy another Verizon phone again.
