Poor software
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the phone about 8 months and have had to perform factory reset on it 3 times for various issues including poor wifi signal, failure to backup, and no gps. The LG support is useless and pretty much tells you to reset your phone every time because they can't be bothered to fix or replace it. Due to these two reasons, I gave it 1 star for poor quality and poor customer support.
