Great Smartphone

The Samsung would always mute the caller during a conversation at random times. This phone has been flawless for that purpose.

Battery life is pretty good but on those busy days I enjoy the ease of being able to switch out the battery which is awesome and fast. Overall enjoying my upgrade.

Exchange Needed

I read the reviews which were good, but I am very disappointment in this phone. There are problems when talking on the phone, it has dead spots. When I'm talking the individual I'm talking to can't hear me on occasions.

Quality control- where is it? My phone has gaps in the frame! WTH LG?! For $700 I returned it and got the Galaxy S7 Edge.

Love the replaceable battery

So getting an extra one to replace means I dont have to leave it on the charger, which is hard when you are constantly on the go. Great move!!
