poor quality and too many quirks

I was so excited, I researched, read reviews that said it was an excellent phone, comparable to Samsung S7, and S8. Top of the line phone. I was sorely mistaken. The phone only lets you delete texts individially or entire conversations, you can't pick and choose multiple at one time like you can on samsungs or motorolas. Also if you have special tones set for people when you delete the whole text conversation you have to go back and reset their notification tone again bc it goes back to default tone. There also is no notification light to alert you of new messages, also very annoying... And the camera pops open at the slightest touch and snaps random photos. The list goes on from there. And today i learned the screen glass is basically paper thin, my phone dropped less than 2 feet with little impact, the screen is completely shattered. So now I had to shell out another $162 to replace with the so called protection plan. Needless to say the phone is not near what the reviews claim... LG appears to have cut corners and the phone is not sturdy and durable. I wish I had just spent the extra money and purchased another samsung or motorola. Save yourself the headache, dont make my same mistake...

Camera Lens scratches in 24 hrs
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this phone and within 24 of use, camera lens developed a lot of tiny scratches. Glass cover no problem. Camera lens - lots of problems. I would not recommend it
