The second one I purchased was refurbished from LG, and everything I read and heard from colleagues said I could trust a refurbished product from LG and Best Buy. I am on month 3 of having this, only using for work, not gaming, and I am having my monitor flicker about once a minute. Unsure if there is anything to be done in this situation but it's becoming quite annoying.

Missing Screw on back

I was shocked to find out that there was no power source in the box. Talked w/Best Buy at length this morning- they said there wasn't supposed to be. Aggravated, I went back to buy a power adapter, only to find out that it didn't fit, even though there were 6 different adapter heads. I am so over this stupid monitor- returning tonight.

Posted .When purchased new, a power cord is included with the monitor. We are sorry a power cord was not included when purchasing refurbished. ^CP
