The front is sleek and minimalist, the control panel is hidden behind the door. The heating of the water or milk is noticeably more evenly than my old microwave (Samsung). It doesn't have a lot of cooking options which I like, because I rarely use any pre-set cooking options and I don't need a screen of buttons on the control panel. Overall, I'm satisfied this product.
